Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWho needs a TV set when in Venice? There is one but small and provides only Italian programmes. But, the plugins are mainly Italian format, one took a European connector and the decision was to charge the phone or take the moskitos away over night. If I'd stay longer I'd hoped the furniture at the balcony could be used and not be almost broken.
The hotel is well situated, close to the train and vaporetto station in a small calle. The room was nice and the bed comfi, bathroom clean and functioning. there is a balcony attached to the room. Breakfast is good too. Staff was friendly.

United StatesSmall hotel, there's an elevator but it could only accommodate 1 person with 2 luggages so you need to be patient if you are traveling with a big group & your room is on higher floors. We did appreciate that there was an elevator, some other hotels do not even have one.
We just needed an accommodation that was close to our transfer to the airport so it was conveniently next to the train station & bus shuttles parking. The rooms are much better than expected. There are many shops & restaurants around the hotels. We had to check out very early but the hotel packed for us a bag of light breakfast with croissant, snacks & water.. that was very appreciated.

GermanyWe had booked 2 rooms, and although the bathrooms were clean, they had a strange stench. We had to leave the windows open all day, but it didn't really help. Additionally, the hotel offered a very poor breakfast, and the kitchen staff was unfriendly. The coffee cups also had lipstick stains, indicating poor cleaning. When we brought this to their attention, they brought another cup with the same issue
