Public transport to the apartment is not always available at all hours. We had luck upon arrival, no luck when we left or after a night out. It is 20 minutes by foot from the station and uphill. You don't want to walk there with your luggage and uphill in the heat.

The apartment is very modern and has everything you need for comfort, Mariangela is a super host and very attentive, helped us make the best of our short visit with her suggestions and tips. I suggest you take a taxi with your luggage upon arrival, Mariangela can arrange one if you need it. Thanks to her advice we went to the Amalfi coast and enjoyed the views from a ferry of all the stops along the way. It was simply amazing. That same ferry brought us back around midnight.

The property is situated about 15-20 minutes from the centre it is a great walk to town. The property was comfortable and our host MarieAngela was beautiful. The property is clean and very comfortable in a quiet part of Salerno. The facilities, like supermarket, coffee shops and fruit shops are very close by. Great property.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you may need (in the kitchen, bathroom etc) during your stay. Mariangela is really friendly and helpful, she met us as soon as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment and surroundings (even though the communication was in Italian it didn't cause any issues :) ). Location is a bit away from the city center, but not really critical - you still can easily reach bus/train station by walk in around 10-20 mins and ferry station in around 20-25 mins. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this place.

OMG! Sweetest host you can ever meet. Me and my boyfriend travel a lot and we always rank which apartment/hotel has the highest ranking. We happy would say that Alleria was the best of the best.. and here’s why. - Super good neighborhood, quiet. - The apartment was fully equipped: Coffee, tea, food, shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer, hair-straightener, hair-curler, water, juices, and more. - Super clean!!!! would highly recommend!

Fabio & Marieangela were the sweetest hosts who went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was extremely comfortable. All of their suggestions turned out to be excellent recommendations (places to dine in Salerno, things to do on the Amalfi coast & on the island of Capri) which turned out to be the highlights of our trip. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the ammenities one wishes for. We are definitely coming back to this place to meet the hosts (friends rather) and enjoy the coast once again.

The hosts are just great, very nice and helpful. The location is some 20-25 minutes from railway station and 15-20 minutes from the sea. Genreally it's ok although the last 100m is pretty steep walk. The appartment is modern, spacious and clean, kitchen is equipped with all what's needed (including coffe machine, red as ferrari), we also liked spacious and light bathroom. I definitely recommed the place.

the distance from the city center & main port area. I was on crutches & would have liked easier access to public transportation- although there is a bus stop 1/2 mile from the apartment, it doesn’t run past 10pm so had to find a taxi home from dinner in town each night.

the apartment was perfect. kitchen and small patio with a table & 2 chairs. well stocked with breakfast treats. responsive & helpful host. about 1 mile walk to the waterfront.
