You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location not far from the Ravascletto ski area. The propery had a free parking and a restaurant. The rooms were clean and exactly like in the pictures. We got a room with the balcony but as there was contruction happening we could not access it. The reception lady was lovely and swift with the check-in/out. Upon checking in we made a dinner reservation for the restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The prices were more than fair and the food was absolutely fantastic. But the highlight of this stay was one of the waiters. An older gentleman that was serving us and others made us laught so many times. He was very upbeat, smiley, humorous, not at all uptight to delivere the best service but on the contrary. He delivered the best service we have ever experiences by constantly cracking jokes while still doing the job perfectly. There were a lot of tables that night but he still offered the same service to every guest and you could see that he realy enjoys the working there.

IrelandOnly slight objection was the restaurant. They wouldnt open a new bottle of Chianti for me (wud have had to buy the whole bottle (and Im not an alcoholic so. . . . :D). After that they just ignored me, so I went back to my room w/o dinner.
Very kind and cheerful lady running the place. Friendly and positive experience all around. Got a nice peaceful room with a view. Very modern facilities and everything worked.

AustriaCoffee at breakfast isn’t something to brag about - a real disappointment, especially for Italy. Same as bread. There was a construction site under our balcony; luckily they didn’t work on Sunday, but they did start (quite loud) on Monday early morning.
Friendly staff, good location for a cycling weekend (although being next to the main road means it’s quite loud in the morning). Bike storage and a good restaurant next door make it very convenient.

Croatia- the price of the reservation via booking is different from the price when you pay at the hotel, they additionally charge a tourist tax. although this was not stated anywhere when I booked accommodation through Booking.com. I recommend that they specify this to avoid problems and inconveniences.
