Breakfast was very poor, no meat, cheese, eggs, just bread varieties like medialunas and cookies. Bed blanket wasn’t as clean as expected. Walls are thin so you could here when someone is walking on the floor above

The outside terrace from the small parking lot down the hill was not accessible since they were re-doing it. There was no air conditioning which was missed during an unusual heat wave. There is no bar nor restaurant on site. The front desk closes at 8:00 p.m. and you will need a key to enter the locked front door to the hotel. Make sure you can speak Spanish and don’t forget to pay the eco tax in the city that is required of all tourists.

It had a beautiful view of the lake. It was a lovely rustic Swiss chalet feel including the breakfast room. Located outside of town but can easily go into town with a cab.

Nothing. Could do with some bowls at breakfast so you can have the cereal / yoghurt!

Room was very comfortable, loads of hot water and good pressure, cleaned everyday. Absolutely amazing views from the room and the lounge! They do tea from 4-8pm which was really nice. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice. Great value for money. Right next to bus stop for route 20.

They charged converting to the tourist dollar, what made it almost twice as expansive. It was the only hotel that I stayed that tried it. The room was very tiny, almost no circulation, had a leak in the window, no way to regulate the heat... my pillow was dirty! The room had bars on the windows... They were remodeling the outside so my view was to that, and the halls were dirty with mud.

They seriously tried to make us pay the inofficial dollar peso ratio, so we would have ended up paying 60 percent more. Only when we threatened to involve booking.com, they agreed to charge us the correct price indicated on the booking website in Pesos. The room was next to the broken sewage of the hotel directly in front of our window. when we complained about it, they claimed not to understand…..

Shower could use a new head to make a real shower but the views make up for all of that.

Very passive personel. The entire hotel is getting old and needs to be renewed. Everything looks a bit dingy.

Fantastic location, right above the lake shore with stunning view. They don’t serve dinner but instead offer outstanding cakes during tea time in the afternoon.

breakfast . they are very cheap, they provide the min qty possible per guest, Its not a buffet , just 6 pcs of bread and 3 sma;; crossaint for 3 people. Really cheap very bad impression
