The additional taxes which are excluded and have to be paid afterwards was not very clear and good and may be better to be shown with the price so one knows how much they are actually paying for the stay/ accommodation. Also, additional charges to use the Spa was a bit high per person/ per day.

Spa was really all-round and the breakfast was great as well for the location. Dinner in the restaurant next door was great with choices. staff were very helpful and the gents were even fantastic. The free minibar drinks each day was great and also meant you returned to your room with refreshment s available to you; though snacks were mentioned these were not available in the room but was not bother at all for me. The location is very quiet but seems a bit isolated as well (this depends on what you are travelling for; for us it was okay as I just wanted to rest). Transportation to central Rome was great with several buses connecting you to the Metro line B.

The spa was closed during our visit so I can't rate it. The swimming pools are not at the premises, they are located in the neighbouring building.

It was a bit far from downtown and from the subway (I had a bicycle, so it was fine). The room needs a bit of a face-lift.

Far from the center and metro station, but it was convenient for what I needed. Biggest issue is the air conditioning, you can’t turn it on/off from the room (it automatically starts again after 5min). I had to call the reception every time to turn it on/off and adjust the temperature…

Room is nice, price is good, shower and bed are comfortable. Clean.

No balcony. No lunch or dinner in the hotel, they have only small bar-no food. In the port centre next to the hotel you can have only dinner but after 19:30, till that time only sandwiches you can buy there. Usage of outdoor pool -15 eur extra, spa cenre 30 eur extra.

Nice location, in the residental area, close to city centre - bus no. 708 to first metro connection EUR PALASPORT and 078 to train station, where you can easily reach the beach Ostia (16 minutes). Rooms are clean, but without any balcony. Brealfast-Italian but delicious.

Although near the airpot, location is far from nice.

There is a nice sport facility nearby although it is not part of the property. The restaurant there is really good and there is a nice pool space.

Nice place but with very strange 'rules'. You had to book a slot for the pool and wear a bathing hat (which you couldn't buy at the place as there was no shop), if you came after 9.30 for breakfast there was a charge (even if they closed at 10.00). Nice facilities but very strange rules.

Set up for breakfast was strange. We were expecting a buffet but you had to order at the bar. Shame the gym wasn’t in the main building and wasn’t clear that you had to book beforehand so ended up having to go back and forth between the hotel and the gym to book and use it etc.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice and all the common comforts were provided (towels, the tiny shampoos etc). Staff went out of their way to make sure my mum could get a message even though it was after our check out time and we were allowed a late checkout with no extra charge.

Very small, simple room. very dark bathroom, almost impossible to shave or put make up. There was no proper shower but a hand hold one, spraying everywhere but not on head. There are 5 steps to reach the room 613, so if you have problems with stairs this is not your place. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere in front of abandoned buildings. The good things are the free water and analcoholic drinks in the fridge, the complimentary toiletries and the receptionists.

Says 4 stars, but it’s more like a 2 star hotel. Everything was bad, rude staff, bad facilities, bad location. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

- the fact that the SPA services were not available and also one of the pools where “not available” - the fact that on the minibar list where mentioned also snacks, but they where not included (i have to mention here that the minibar was free!) - the reception’s staff where unprofessional and unfriendly (except one of them: a brunette lady which really was the exception) . Always when you wanted to ask them something… they looked like you bother them and gave short and not satisfying answers - the breakfast was the same every day, and you eould expect to be different at list 2 or 3 times per week

The fact that the room was very clean, the AC from the room which was so usefull and also the restaurant’s staff (but only them !!)

The photos give the impression that this is a sports hotel with plenty of facilities (that you’d hope would be included when staying at the hotel) however it is not. It is a sports centre that is NEXT to the hotel that you have ‘access’ to but you have to pay.

The room was very small. The rooms were all tightly packed next to one another and it was extremely noisy. We were woken up every night by other people entering or closing their doors. People getting in late at night and people getting up early in the morning. We slept really poorly. The breakfast was shocking. This was supposed to be included in the price however, there was never any breakfast left. Unless you were one of the first people there, the hot food and pastries were all gone. Big groups/teams of sportsmen/women hoovered up all the food and we were left with the bits that no one else wanted. The staff were not welcoming or friendly. It was like they didn't want to speak to you or wanted you to not ask them questions. I am not the type of person to write a review however I was really unhappy about the stay.
