This is the cleanest and the coziest hotel I’ve been in Europe. It’s located in a the quite residential area, so we slept very well. Wonderful welcoming service and delicious breakfast. I loved size of the room and the bathroom.

The people working there are super friendly and it’s so nice meeting the other guests at breakfast. There are only 8 rooms so it feels homely.

This is located within walking distance of the Duomo and Ufizzi Gallery. The breakfast was buffet style with ample choices. We were offered cappuccinos every morning. There were many restaurants nearby. There is a parking garage next door to the hotel. Rooms were large. The place was very quiet.

Great cozy feel and excellent service. The room and the breakfast was amazing and it was a great boutique feel a little outside of the tourist buzz of city center - while still close and within walking distance to all of Florence! Loved their connection across the street for services throughout the day and evening as well.

Room 8 had a set of steps down to the room as you open the door with no warning sign! Someone is going to fall it’s dangerous. Heavy cases no lift

Lovely older converted property, bijou rooms but comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful. A good 20 minute walk to the main sight seeing areas but a nice walk.

The lighting in the room was dim.

Check-in was smooth, and we checked in after hours, which is across the street. Breakfast was LOVELY. You can smell it being prepared right at 8am. A great spread of variety of options with proteins and the lovely owner will even make you cappuccino if you prefer vs. Americano coffee. Arranged a taxi service for us, and really do care about their guests. Great location - you can walk to most attractions, but are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a very cute local park just a 5 min walk away that we enjoyed sitting there in the mornings. The B&B is quiet, and there are dark blackout curtains to make for a nice relaxing night. Great shower! They serviced our room daily.
