Everything was good, pictures were as the room selected, so no major surprises nor disappointments. All within my expectations.

The location is perfect if you are taking Flixbus: we had an early departure from Verona to Bergamo airport and it was super convenient. Verona Porta Nuova station is only 10 minutes away. Also, it is a short 20/25 minutes walk to the Arena, which was not that bad.

We would like more natural light in the room and cleaner towels. We also had wasps coming through the vent into the bathroom, which we didn't like.

Extra sitting room , table, coffee machine and microwave were nice. Nice setup but is for a traveler familiar with using phone for check in as no in person contact with staff or owner to check in.

The location was a bit too far from the city center for walking.

The tv was all Italian but was rectified the 2nd day whilst we were in Rome.

To be bluntly honest, this is not a 5 star stay but is a 5 star location for using as a base. We did day trips from this location very conveniently by train. The station is an easy 7 minute walk. We felt very safe too. Our host was very accommodating and took care of us very well if there was any issue!

The apartment was very conveniently located within walking distance of the railway and bus stations. It was very clean and well equipped, with refreshments and snacks provided. The host was very responsive when we contacted her about a problem.

The location wise, is more favourable for whoever driving. The distance are walkable but not with family that have walking issue.

Is a comfortable stay, private bathroom with strong hot water shower, and there are some free drinks for refreshments.

Parking is on public street so can be difficult to get a spot. Room a little rough around the edges and noisy door from other apartments, also a barking dog outside (cute but didn’t stop).

Our host was very helpful and responsive with questions I had. Super easy check in. Nice sized bedroom, very clean with some snack/breakfast items. The location is very close to the bus stop which is an easy 10 min bus into town. We found free street parking for our car across the road

This is not a reflection on the host or the property so am definitely not marking them down for this, but I was very unfortunate to have very noisy/disruptive guests in the room above me during my stay. There was continuous thumping/banging from above - it sounded like people jumping up and down repeatedly, and it caused fixtures and items in my room to shake and shudder, not to mention it gave me a sore head. They were also running up and down the stairs - leaving and returning to the property between 1am and 4am one night, waking me up multiple times, and I was woken up at 5am the following night by more thumping from upstairs. So I didn't get a good night sleep on either night I stayed here. This is not the fault of the host or the accommodation however, I would still very much recommend this place, but please just be considerate of your fellow guests if you choose to stay here!

The accommodation was lovely. Large room with aircon, and plenty of space for storing luggage. There was also a mini fridge that the hosts kept stocked with a few freebies such as water, yoghurt, iced tea, which is a lovely touch. The property is situated not far from the train station which was really handy for arriving and departing, but is a little bit out of the city centre. Only about a 20 minute walk to the amphitheater however, and from there everything is pretty close by.

We managed to get the last available parking space on the road - Risk at busy times there would be no spaces available.

Clear instructions received via Whatsapp, however called to clarify a few points ahead of check in - Host was really helpful in resolving.

No window in the room itself but it was still light from windows in the bathroom and the entrance.

Close to the train and bus station, promenade distance from Old Town, close to Lidl if you need groceries. Comfortable, clean, tasteful room. The whole building was clean and smelled fresh. Very comfortable, large bed and even comfortable pillows - what a rare thing! Convenient bathroom, fluffy towels. Nice coffee counter and a small fridge with some compliments - coffee tablets, water, soda, yogurts, crackers, chocolates - really nice touch.

The room was musty until we put the air conditioning on. A little soulless. Some plates would be useful.

Clean room, appreciated the air con on a hot day. It also had a good shower. Having a small fridge was good and a bonus to come with some water and yoghurt. A good location for the train station, and we could walk into town in about 30 mins.

Probably, because it was ground floor, The air inside had a kind of odour. We would have liked some plates and some cutlery.
