At breakfast sometimes they ran out of choices. Once you have checked out, there are NO toilet facilities available to you. They suggest you go to a bar down the street and use their facilities

On a noisy road near to the hospital so unable to have windows open at night, room very hot & air con not very effective.

Air conditioning could turn on, because of the seasonal part of the year. Staff helped with the situation? And found us a fan. We had very noisy neighbors next door and it continued on till 23:00, but the staff did put me into it. And they definitely should have common sense they seem to be friends with the people (at least they knew one of the girls).

The staff was very helpful. The location was in a great spot to quickly go get some pizza when we arrived very late. Within less than a 5 minute walk where you're at a spot that was able to make pizza within 10 minutes. We were told there was personal pizza but each one was probably good enough for our family of 3. The shower was a great size and hot water came quickly.

When we entered to the room, there was a cigarette smell and the window was dark glass so the room was also super dark in the morning and we stayed in the basement floor that made also room darker and airless. Also the phone number written at the entrance for any type of call was not working nobody picked up the call.

We really like the location and the bathroom in the hotel.

the location was great, walking distance from the city center and shops. And best of all (paid) parking in from of the hotel.

The parking advertised is unhelpful. Once booked, you are advised that there is very limited parking and it was unavailable during our stay - a key reason for the hotel selection. We had booked an un-cancellable rate and were left trying to find alternative parking. Frustrating!

Room itself was small and dark, with only one tall narrow window. Kettle was provided, but only a single tea bag was in the room on arrival (we were provided with more plus coffee on request).

We arrived several hours before check-in and were allowed to leave our car at the hotel and check-in later. This was generous as on-site parking was strictly limited (3 or 4 cars only). Location was good - an easy walk into Bologna and with local shops and restaurants.

The room was small. The room key was a real key, not a card key. The sound insulation wasn't ths best.

The mirror on the wall made the room look more spacious, but it was actually small. I liked the water kettle and the fridge. City center was walkable distance (15min). There is a supermarket in 3min.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Giardinetto Al Sant'Orsola. It was a good location and easily accessible by bus. Our room was quiet, clean and very spacious and had good facilities for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay on a budget ☺️

The hotel is positioned right in front of a bus stop which gets you mainly everywhere you need and it was pretty close to the city center, ~15-20 mins by walk. The room was nice, clean and big enough for a couple, the stuff cleaned the room and changed the towels on a daily basis. The breakfast was very good especially the fact that there were not only sweet things, but also salami, mortadella, cheese, boiled eggs, focaccia and butter, of course along side with the best sweet pastries and jam. Value-price wise I can say it was a really good deal and would definitely come back!

the price was high for the star rating, but accept hospitality prices have raised generally post pandemic. doors and walls a bit thin so some noise but not too intrusive.

The hotel staff weren't the most helpful with planning our trips or recommending places unfortunately. We asked one member of staff on the first night of our arrival where would be a good for having dinner and they said "No recommendations, but you could have a look on Just Eat". This was Saturday evening.

I liked the value for money and the cleanliness of the room. It was quiet as well and we were even able to sleep with the windows open. That being said, we were within walking distance of the city centre with cafes and restaurants right around the corner!

No toilet in the hotel except in the rooms. We came wet from rain and changed two busses from the airport, and we didn't have even where to wash hands.

Clean and comfortable room. It was heated since it was cold day. Freshly rennovated.
