Italian breakfast is really sweet, and I am not a sugarlover, had to buy bread without sugar and cream. ok with me, I am not in position to change the culture.. don't want to, love Italian food, language ...everything almost

The place is close to the train station and the center as well. The room is good, it had a wardrobe, chairs and table and the bathroom also had everything you need. Wifi was working well too. The terrace on top also looks nice, but we didn't go up much because we were on the go all the time.

No early check-in, though bags can be stored at the restaurant, another 10-minute walk away. Next time I'd pick a place more central. Breakfast was a little bit of pain.

Everything about the room itself was perfect. It even got serviced every other day. The owner is super responnsive.

Everything was okay, an amiable owner with a great restaurant you need to visit. The room was cleaned every second day, breakfast was in the place near to the apartment.

No real complaints just head up for travellers: - Not recommended for someone with mobility issues (stairs and narrow front door as in every house in the area!), but we didn't have a problem with it. - Sometimes we could hear other travellers - I think the cleaning (it was really clean!!) was done with eco-friendly products e.g. vinegar, so sometimes we could smell vinegar in the air but couldn't recognise where it came from. - I found the bed cosy while my partner didn't like the heavy pillows.

Beautifully renovated classic Monopoli-style house. 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk from the old town - the sea is at the end of the street which you can see. Parking in front of the building (we didn't use but always had space). Overall quiet area. Door locks with a code you'll get from your landlord. We spoke over the phone because he couldn't come and I had to ask more to understand everything, but no complaints! It has more apartments, you can access your own from the stairway which leads to the roof terrace. We chose a room for 2 people, it was a bit dark at first due to the ancient building style but had many windows with French balconies. Enough space to pack (wardrobe, shelves) and store your luggage. The bathroom was clean and we got many towels, a hairdryer, soaps and a shower gel. Lightning was really good to do your make up. Don't get surprised by breakfast which is typically Italian: any type of coffee with a fresh-made pastry (you could choose) in a local coffee place 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Barista speaks English. We found it enough and know this, but if you would like something else, you have to pay.

There were road works next to the hotel and the room is very badly insonorated so it was really loud.

Super cute room, very nice, modern and clean. Nice bathroom. The staff was nice and arranging but they ONLY speak Italian. Breakfast is included and taken in a nice Caffe nearby. Great quality-price ratio!

The room is a little bit noisy due to traffic

The owner was helpful. Room is big enough and chic. Breakfast is usual Italian, coffee and corneto (croissant), fresh and good. Staff in cafeteria was really nice.

1. Parking place. There is no parking place. You can park on the street IF you find a place free. (I was in october!!!). 2.for me was ok but the position of TV (on the wardrobe) is not good. Suggestion for Antonio-change the table with wardrobe

I booked room nr. 1. Room is an "art deco style". For the people which wants to spend the time in town, region the Al rose antico Hotel is perfect, but he has something minus points which is not write in presentation. You can also eat at the Owner's restaurant (trattoria) There is magnific !!!

The pillows were really uncomfortable, hight and get neck hurts.

I didn’t have much expectations because of the strange photos in the booking, but in reality there are much better. The location is good- near the train station and near enough to the old city with the restaurants. The rooms are very clean. Every day they changed our sheets and cleaned the room. Also the rooms are wide. The breakfast is in the near cafe but it’s was perfect. They served really tasty croissants and the best coffee ever. We enjoyed our stay there!
