Great location if you want to stay close to the airport. After 10pm the shuttle is no longer available but 15 euros for a taxi and less than a 5-minute ride to the hotel - that's hard to beat. Friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast.

Air conditioning not very efficient. Water pressure in shower very weak. We were on third floor.

Location was two minutes from airport so great as we had an early morning flight.

The Hotel's swimming pool only opens at 10am. For people like me who wake up earlier and would like to use the pool, it's not possible. The gym could be better equipped.

The Hotel is great! Spacious room, comfortable bathroom and spectacular cleanliness. I loved the experience and would come back for sure. We went to Verona by car, so the location was good for us as we were independent.

It's a very convenient hotel for a short visit or if you have a very very early flight in the morning. We didn't use many of the facilities. Our experience was short but smooth. Staff is very friendly

it is not located in town but Verona is accessed very quickly by car (and it is close to the airport), the staff is very helpful, the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and soundproof, the breakfast is very good with a lot of choice

Close to airport which was good for us as our flight landed at around 9 pm. Hotel quickly arranged for our pickup by their free shuttle service. The breakfast which was included in our deal was excellent with lots of choice

That the hotel could not book us a taxi. No USB charger in room

Not far from airport, but after a 3 hour delay, left us at airport at 2am, no taxis and the telephone numbers outside were not being answered. Night receptionist could not book us one and said it was not a good walk , 1 mile, but no footpaths, so over an hour at the airport waiting for 2-3 taxi's to keep coming back for 20-30 people.

I asked the reception to turn on sauna for me at specific time and I was coming back to check on it, but sauna stayed cold for all the time I've been at the pool. I think they just forgot to turn it on for me unfortunately. I booked the airport shuttle for next morning and it was on time. But the driver didn't bring me and other passengers to the airport doors, he dropped us far-far away, 2 big parking lots away from the airport and we had to walk with suitcases all this distance to the airport. That was not nice to be honest. Hopefully it can be changed in the future, cause this service is less nice than expected.

I liked the room, the bed was very comfortable. Very nice shower too! There was a nice pool in the hotel, I had good swim. Tasty breakfast in the morning!

The bed was a little too hard for my preference, especially after 3 nights. The shower was cold one morning. The room was a little too hot on the first night and the air con wasn't working until May.

The location was great, so close to the airport. It was great to have the free shuttle bus to and from the airport, as well as to the local trade fair. The room was very clean. Great to have a kettle and mini bar which I used as a mini fridge. Pleased that the Spa was operating and I used it on my last day. The pool was wonderful. The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was really close to a large supermarket and sports shop. The local bus stop which goes into the city wasn't far away either.

It was a little soulless even for an airport hotel and could do with some brightening up through artwork in the rooms and common areas. A better physical description of the shuttle pick-up point as well as the map sent, might be helpful for guests not familiar with the airport.

Efficient check-in. It is a typical large airport hotel and serves its purpose well. The room was large and clean, with all the usual facilities for a four-star hotel. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and timeous. Overall, it was a pleasant stay over for the night before an early flight.

Was only there for 1 night since I got stranded after my flight was delayed. The staff was super helpful as I arrived really late. Helped me organise a taxi in the morning to get to the train station. Would definitely recommend for a quick stay!
