Shocking attitude from the owners over the constant noise. A wedding was in full swing when we arrived at 5pm with a band for entertainment till 2am!!!. Additionally the host had a private party finishing in the late hours with live music from 6pm in the restaurant within 2 days of the wedding. Most of the accommodation are a couple of meters from this area & the Restaurant!!! The staff in the kitchen are noisy and finish very late, they stand out side smoking and talking. When there’s a party the large swimming pool and jacuzzi and bar are off limits to guests. The staff and owners continuously rode around in a John deer gator pick up ( a diesel 4x4 cart )all day and really late into the early hours, which wakes everyone and everything up. We drove 16 hours and arrived at 5pm, we didn’t get to sleep until 3am. Staff say” I just work here” I waited 3 days to speak to the daughter of the owners about my arrival. We had no wifi and asked booking.com to move us. They couldn’t but told us we could find alternative accommodation. With no wifi we were stuck there, without wifi we hope to find some where else.

Our booking confirmation mentioned our room had a balcony which it did not. The kitchen was also right next to our room and the staff would smoke outside our room it wasnot a nice smell to wake up to. The waste bags are also there so dont stay in that room. We were moved to a room with a view which was beautiful I recommend getting a car. taxis are about 50Eur to Florence 1 way. Also becareful driving on the narrow roads they are beautiful but difficult to navigate at night

The grounds are extremely well looked after. The restuaraunts food is really good. Pools are both nice and clean.

The WiFi is terrible, but this is ok for one night. The restaurant is even worst. ordered food and it gets forgotten! then I’m told it’s because no one speaks English!!! the woman who says she was in charge was vile! aggressive and rude! just shouted at me. even her staff were trying to tell her to stop. amazing how one person can ruin the reputation of what could be a great place.

The guy checking me in was great. he understood guest relations. The grounds are very beautiful.

For breakfast, we had specifically asked for gluten free items (a cake was mentioned even the night before), and I had also requested eggs (which were brought in the way that they chose, undercooked, and in the amount that they chose) as well as bacon or sausages. Before we even arrived, this was confirmed to be possible. We pick places to stay or to eat based on these preferences, and yet there was nothing warm for breakfast except tea and coffee. When I spoke to the manager, she told me the cook was sick since the night before. Clearly they could not prepare us for this the night before, nor could they take their time to tell us in the morning. Never mind about an apology, which we only received after I had come to them. And by the way, "sorry" doesn't solve anything, maybe you can be more creative next time. I could have gone in the kitchen myself to make the bacon, we don't need a special cook. I don't think our requests were such a big deal, but the way they were dealt with (non important), and how it was handled, left much to be desired.

Beautiful grounds, very well kept and a very good restaurant.

-Nobody reachable when we arrived ,nobody around,not answering the phone;we had to speak to another guest to find the owner -No heat;extremely cold;my wife was using the blow dryer to keep the kids warm;17 degrees all night and again we could not reach anybody

Breakfast is average but ok for three stars agriturismo. But check out is at 10,30. Even sooner than breakfast ends. Restaurant is fair nothing special. You can get better places for less money

a lot of people complained about the thin walls- this is true-but also realistic to the property. we used white noise at night and had no problems. The Wi-Fi did not work but we had great service and were not expecting to have excellent Wi-Fi. pack snacks and things for lunch.

property is absolutely stunning and we would come again. Everything is better than the pictures. we will absolutely come again and would stay more than two nights. 3 would be perfect. Breakfast was included and I do recommend getting a reservation for dinner as someone else suggested. there are a lot of events and locals that come to dine. staff was 10/10 and the wine is delicious. we will order and ship some back to the states.

The accommodation is beautiful with a unique view of beautiful Tuscany. The staff is very pleasant, the food is delicious, the only complaint is a bit slower internet.
