This agriturismo exceeded our expectations. We booked it because of its location (it’s less than 5 minutes by car from the Saturnia hot springs). The room was clean and very big. The breakfast was really nice! I really enjoyed the jams and the apple juice which were homemade. The pool was perfect to escape the heat and it also had a gorgeous view .

FranceWe didn't like this place. I will explain why: it is impossible to contact the owner ..., I wrote to him in Italian on WhatsApp, I wrote the usual SMS- there was no response. I wanted to find out the exact address, since the address indicated on booking is not correct, then I wrote to him about the Internet not working - we did not receive a single response. All rooms (there are about 8 of them) are located on the ground floor of a single-storey building. The territory is not fenced at all, the house is in an open field. So you feel kind of unprotected inside your room at night. The room is sparsely furnished: there is a very noisy small refrigerator, blinds on the windows do not provide complete darkness at night, mosquitoes arepresent, but there is no mosquito repellent. The audibility in the room is absolute, you will hear every sound from the toilet of your neighbors, flushing the toilet with a roar like a volcanic eruption ..., plumbing in poor condition, mold in the tiniest shower in the world. We were given 2 small pieces of soap, very small, even smaller than in the hotel, and 2 bags of 1 gr. of shampoo, which would not even be enough to wash a bald head. There was no shower gel, no kleenex. There was also no kettle. Duvet is a synthetic blanket. We didn't like breakfast either. Breakfast consisted of 2 sweet pies, jam, juices from concentrate, absolutely tasteless bread…, cold boiled eggs, 2 cold cuts on request, ricotta on request, yogurt on request, unpeeled walnuts, sweet flakes. On the last day, when we had already eaten, we were offered scramble eggs... The coffee was not delicious and even the tea tasted strange.
The only advantage is the proximity to the Cascate del Mulino. The nearest restaurant for dinner is not far away, 600m by road (bit expensive).
