A lovely property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The living area was a bonus, as travelling with a group of friends. Breakfast (extra) was very good with a variety of choices. Very friendly staff.

We had a nice big apartment fully equipped,close to the swimming pool. Everything was clean and comfortable as described. The country road is not bad,about 2 km from the main road.

We had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Tenuta Armaiolo. We read reviews that it was hard to find so we were curious. We followed Apple Maps and that brought us to a different location but once we put it in google maps it was easy to find + there are also signs pointing out the direction. Location of the agriturismo is just beautiful. We stayed in the first house, our room was big, clean, had AC and was very quiet in the night. First day we walked to the pool, it is about 10 minutes walk, for us that was not a problem. Pool was nice and quiet. Breakfast for 8€ was good but would be nice to have some more options.

Natalia who welcomed us is a great host, supportive, friendly and warm. The pool area is really great, clean and open at night so we could enjoy swimming and watching a clear night sky and count stars! Breakfast rich and tasty, good wine from the property too. Great place to stay with a family!

Very welcoming staff, beautifully restored rooms. Arranged an excellent wine tasting on the premises and gave coupons for the spa and a restaurant.

We booked this stay mainly for the swimming pool, as we had long day driving from the south of Italy. I checked information and was written that the swimming pool will be open during our stay. However when we arrived they told us that swimming pool is not open. Actually we made a round of the Villa we didn't find swimming pool at all. Second, the road to arrive there is terrible, we damaged our car and had to search day after a mechanic that was hard to find as it was weekend. If your car is low, don't go here.

I think everything was excellent! Antonella was very gracious and kind, the property is charming and magical, you eat breakfast in a field of sunflowers and relax by the pool in the middle of an olive grove. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are fully equipped. I completely enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

No AC, we knew this beforehand (There are fans in the bedrooms). Some of the sun beds were a bit tired.

Pool with plenty of shade from olive trees and sun canopies. Beds comfortable, staff friendly, great breakfast lovely yoghurt and the remote location and beautiful views. Wifi was also very good.

The property was not as stated. The seven bedroom apartment was two double rooms with an extra bed in the room and one single bedroom in the attic with a velux window which was cracked and dangerous so couldn’t be used. The rooms were extremely hot with no fans and when I asked for fans I got no reply. I had stated when booking I had 13 adults which consisted of 5 couples and 3 single adults and was told both apartments slept 7 but in fact one slept 2 couples as we couldn’t use the top single bedroom as it was dangerous snd the second apartment slept 2 couples and 1 single. Originally on arrival after paying fully for three apartments, we had just settled in and the husband of the lady who runs the business came down to say the people in the third apartment had to move out as it was double booked. So as we couldn’t fit in the other two apartment we had to book separate accommodation away from our family ruining what was the beginning of our first family holiday in years and the beginning of the family wedding weekend that we had traveled to be at from Ireland.

Paid for but didn’t have breakfast as we were all meant to be staying together in the one property as we were at a family wedding but apartments were not fit for purpose so we had to book another apartment at a separate location. So we met in the town and had breakfast together. I liked the real Tuscan farmhouse style accommodation.
