You can fully enjoy the place when you have a car available, without it's harder to get to all the interesting places around.

The host is super helpful, super nice person, rooms are huge, everything we could need was there, everything is new, beautifully made, location in-between historical landmarks and beaches, so you can choose. The beds were super comfortable and we good pillows.

We arrived there on our last day, the hotel is close to the airport, which is perfect. Let's start with the welcome: it was so good, she connected with us immediately, helped us with our luggage, showed us the amazing room, and assisted us with everything we asked for. She even sent us locations on WhatsApp so we'd know how to get to every place we wanted. She was simply at our service in every way, and it was such a pleasure to meet someone like her. Did I mention the room was amazing? Beyond being amazing, we also had a free minibar with drinks, wine, and cookies waiting for us. We ended our trip with a sweet taste.

Everything was wonderful!

Very beautiful surroundings, very well maintained (clean, beautifully equipped, the air con works perfectly, bed super comfortable). A peaceful hidden gem to relax and calm down in the neighborhood of Venice and the crowded adriatic spots. Very easy to visit different places by car from the Agriturismo (train only 25minutes to Venice). The tips of Wania were top notch (where to park, what to see etc.)

All just perfect, one of the best, if not the best room we stayed on our journeys in Italia.

We stayed only 1 night on our way back home and it was really a great experience. The host was so nice and welcoming, the place so calm, quiet, the apartment house newly reconstructed and furnished as a 5star hotel. Our room was really spacious,drinks in the room came as a blessing after a hot day and with no extra charge, bathroom perfectly equipped, airconditioning quiet. Such a nice reconstuction and so clean. Great work and great service. Thanks to our nice host, it is felt everywhere she loves her job and this is what often makes a difference.

Wania is, without a doubt, the friendliest host we've ever had the pleasure to meet. She helped us with booking dinner, taxis, and offered us a complimentary Aperol Spritz too. Wania stole the show but the room was also beautiful, clean, well equipped, and kindly furnished with free breakfast goodies. Even though we had a short stay - Wania made it very special.

Clean, well prepared and hospitality! Lovely place with a fair price, the host is super nice, prepared everything we need to visit in Venice. The room has kitchen area, TV with free Netflix account, and a good floral fragrance. The location is 5 min away drive to the train station, then two-stop train to Venice, also 10 to 15 mins driving to the airports. Which seems very convenient for us since we are taking a road trip.

Very clean place, got everything without missing any tiny small thing in apartment. Owners are very friendly and professional, really care for guests and helped us a lot with guidance for Venice. I warmly recommend "Fondo Gioconda" and sure gonna stay there next time.

Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda is a really special place. Everything is great. Very nice, spacious and clean room. Coffee machine and fridge full of drinks. And above everything excellent host Wania who take care about everything. It's very easy and quick to reach Venice by the train. This place is nice and quite and we can truly recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing that we did not like.

We were greeted on arrival by Wania and Cicci the friendly dog. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely and spacious with a big bathroom and a nice selection of toiletries. There are tea and coffee making facilities with supplies, cookies, French toast and jams provided for breakfast and a fridge with orange juice, water and a bottle of wine. Wania is a lovely, kind, friendly, helpful host who helped us to plan our day trip to Venice, she provided us with a map and told us everything we needed to know, where to go, train, bus and boat times.
