Clean, well prepared and hospitality! Lovely place with a fair price, the host is super nice, prepared everything we need to visit in Venice. The room has kitchen area, TV with free Netflix account, and a good floral fragrance. The location is 5 min away drive to the train station, then two-stop train to Venice, also 10 to 15 mins driving to the airports. Which seems very convenient for us since we are taking a road trip.

Brand new and spotless accommodation within 10 mins of the airport. The owner couldnt do enough for you. Stayed here as an airport stopover before an early flight next day and it was perfect after a vacation if you need to drop a rental car at the airport

Very clean place, got everything without missing any tiny small thing in apartment. Owners are very friendly and professional, really care for guests and helped us a lot with guidance for Venice. I warmly recommend "Fondo Gioconda" and sure gonna stay there next time.

Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda is a really special place. Everything is great. Very nice, spacious and clean room. Coffee machine and fridge full of drinks. And above everything excellent host Wania who take care about everything. It's very easy and quick to reach Venice by the train. This place is nice and quite and we can truly recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing that we did not like.

We were greeted on arrival by Wania and Cicci the friendly dog. The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely and spacious with a big bathroom and a nice selection of toiletries. There are tea and coffee making facilities with supplies, cookies, French toast and jams provided for breakfast and a fridge with orange juice, water and a bottle of wine. Wania is a lovely, kind, friendly, helpful host who helped us to plan our day trip to Venice, she provided us with a map and told us everything we needed to know, where to go, train, bus and boat times.

Absolutely nothing.

5 stars. This little spot deserves the highest ratings. Wania is the kindest and most attentive host/owner; the location is fantastic--minutes from town, 15 mins from the airport; the room was large, spotlessly clean, stacked with amenities and comfortable. And to top it all off the price was unbeatable. My husband thought I had "splurged" on this spot for our last night stay before flying home and couldn't believe when I told him the cost. Wania gifted us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our last night in Italy and found us gluten free restaurants since we are celiac. Truly I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that we would love to return.

Expensive taxi fares to and from the airport - €40 for a 15 min drive. But that is Venice for you, I suspect and nothing to do with the property.

Everything. Wania and Francesco are wonderful hosts and lovely people. We had the Pine Room which was very spacious and beautiful. One of the nicest bathrooms we have encountered too. Wania is very generous with provisions including wine and Francesco dropped us to a shopping centre so we could get some lunch. We ended up choosing to walk back - which was about 5 kms and very flat. They would have dropped us to the train if we wanted to go into Venice. There is a very good pizza restaurant a short walk away for dinner and you can do takeaway if you prefer. Free Netflix. Peaceful. There are only 3 rooms let I think and it is very quiet.

Stairs only with no lift to top floor, purely the logistics of the building and Wania did offer to carry our luggage up, however it is worth noting for people with reduced mobility.

We stayed in the apartment, it was absolutely immaculate, spacious, light and airy and finished to a very high standard throughout. Although we were self catering there were some delicious provisions provided for us on our arrival. Wania, the host, is one of the most friendly, helpful and accommodating people we have encountered in many years of travel, Wania went over and above what was needed and went beyond the "extra mile" Sissi was pretty amazing too. We would most definitely return if in the area again.

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful accomodation. The room was very big but still extremly cosy. The service here was on another level, the owners where very warm and we even had a bottle of wine in our room as a welcome gift. They took really good care of us and gave us useful tips during our visit. The location is close to Venice and really easy to visit by a short train ride. The venice airport is very close too. Eventhough these places was close the resort is very peaceful and romantic. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit the b&b again sometime. They have a lovely dog ”Cicci” on the ranch who is very friendly and welcoming. If you stay here it is good to have a car.

The length of our stay: 3 days is not enough to feel so well taken care of

This was the most amazing experience ever!!!! Everything was just beyond perfect. The pictures of the room do not do it justice: it is all even so much better and of such high quality and finishing… wauw!!! This was not 5-star service, this was 12-star level. Wania, her husband and even Sisi (cute dog!) went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I will not start by listing all the incredible extras Wania provides as it would spoil the surprise: but think “perfection as you would wish it to be”. My son cried when we left, I think we all left a bit of our heart.

Wania is a super-host! wonderful place, spacious room, wonderful service, close to the airport for those who need to leave early to a morning flight. multiple reccomendations for things to do in the area and good restaurants and pizzerias as well. close to the train station as well. the room is equiped with cookies, wine, orange juice and coffee and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wania is kind and very helpful host.
