Very spacious and clean. Host was easily accessible and helpful. Having a washer and dryer that worked well was a bonus. Multiple bathrooms was nice for kids. Location was great - easy walk to square or to train station, yet very quiet.

The location and the property were perfect for our mother daughter trip. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Excellent communication before during and after our stay. I would stay here again!

The rainbow shower in the room upstairs is fixed too close to the wall. There is almost no space due to other wall applications to stay under the shower. Additional 20 Euro for luggage storage on departure day. The price for the appartment is high enough and the storage should be included.

The apartment is perfectly sized for five people or less. Each room has it's own bathroom. Were beautifully renovated with lot's of special details. Idealy situated. Everything is in good reach. Food and drinks in this aerea for a reasonable price.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Only small improvements are needed. They are the following: -Extra large towel for each person soneach person csn habe 2 large towels. -Instructions on how to turn on the bathroom towel rack warmers. They shut off after one day. I couldn’t find instructions on how to warm them back on. -Would be good to have a microwave oven in the kitchen. -For other travelers I suggest bringing a pair os those simple slip on throwaway slippers from a hotel during winter time. The marble floor is really cold in the winter, and I was so glad that my wife packed and extra pair of slippers for me. -No elevator in the apartment for those with walking issues. We were fine. We like to walk stairs for exercise. Also if you have a walking disability you shouldn’t go to Venice. There are no cars or taxis in central Venice. You walk everywhere, and there are steps/mini bridges everywhere to cross the canals.

Spacious. Good value. Good location. Walkable distance to all of our destinations such as Doge’s palace/ St Marke’s square. Only 2 minutes away from the water taxi stop, so easy access to/from train station. Very clean, and luxurious. Laundry and dryer and detergent provided. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Spent 2 nights in Venice, but we wish that we could have stayed a week and really get to use the apartment. There is a table on the porxh to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside, but we didn’t get a chance to do this. Kitchen is clean and large with all the right tools and pots and plates. Hostess Brunilda is flexible and works with you. Check in is at 4 pm, but she allowed us to drop off our luggage and gave us 2 keys and a tour of the property to orient me to all of the facilities at 12:00 pm. We then returned at 4 pm to allow her time to clean up the place from previous tenants. Good wifi. Very comfortable place to crash snd relax in between tours and in the evening. Would absolutely return to this place if available. We have a family of 4 and our two adult kids needed their own space.

Stairs up to the apartment front door were rough for our parents but overall was not tough. There is no ADA, please advise.

Beds were firm but comfortable! Patio was a wonderful touch. Kitchen and appliances were well maintained. Was very modern and up to date.

It was perfect, nothing to add.

This was my second visit to Venice so to stay in the neighbourhood where old Venetian families live was delightful. Previously we stayed off St.Marks square so it was lovely to be in such a quiet area, away from the crowds even though it was just a short water taxi away. Our host provided excellent local restaurant recommendations and we also ate in as we simply didn’t want to leave the apartment. There are brilliant galleries and museums a short walk away. We will definitely return but next time for 2 weeks not 3 nights!

Everything was fabulous and way exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful and modern space.

Brunilda offered to meet at the port, which was very kind. Apartment was much larger than expected, beds were comfortable, laundry available in the unit. Modern and beautiful in a not so touristy part of the island.

We loved every second of our stay in this charming apartment in Venice. We were so grateful to be met at the boat which took any stress out of finding our way with 3 kids and suitcases! The location was lovely and quiet without the hordes of day trippers and we ate at some beautiful local restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated and had everything we could need. A cuppa on the terrace and views over a small canal will stay with us always. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.
