You need to plan ahead when you stay here with or without a car. There is no actual parking. If you are relying on the city bus (included in the Cinque Terre card) otherwise two euros and can pay the driver directly, only operates every hour starting at (8:45 am) and takes about 30-40 minutes to get into Vernazza. The last bus leaves at 7:00pm. The drive into town is an experience. It looks like a one way pathway so we had to back up or wait for others to pass (and it is very steep). You also need to plan ahead and bring your dinner/or additional breakfast selections from town, as there is nothing close/walkable. There was coffee in the room, but little in the way of breakfast items. It wasn't a problem for us, but there is no elevator and the stairs are steep. It was very odd that we never met anyone from this property, only communicated via WhatsApp and the check out is is very early between 8:00-10:00am. They did allow us to stay until 10:30 so we could catch the public bus. There is a nice TV but no English stations. The view is amazing but would be nice if it had more outdoor space. It looks like a private residence, so the side has a nice garden but renters can't access.

Very concerned initially about the location. Our taxi driver got lost three times (bad directions on Google maps). But the view and the quiet stay away from the crazy hill towns was a welcome relief. There is good WiFi. The view and the peaceful quiet makes this an ideal location.

We didn't realise how far the rooms were from the town of Vernazza and that the last bus was at 16.45.

Since we were late in the season, the bus only ran twice a day to the apartment, so we had to drive to get to Vernazza in our car. The road is basically one lane that goes both ways. You just got to make sure you go "beep beep" when you approach the corners.

The view was nice of the water, although when we first arrived, we didn't see it all because of the haze. The next day thought it was nice. The host is very responsive and the place is clean.

Nothing not to like. A couple of comments: The last bus at 7.00 pm didn’t allow us to experience Vanazza at dusk. Also, a couple of plates and cutlery would be useful for eating takeaway food we bought back with us because of the 7.00 bus.

It was high up in the mountains, a very peaceful place away from the crowds of the Cinque Terre villages. Fantastic views of the terraces and sea. Our host was so helpful and fun.

Is a little faraway the town and the service for transportation it was every hour until 6 or 7pm and start at 9 am, so we can't no stay more in the towns, and we don't have breakfast there, so we had just when we arrive Vernaza 9:45 am

The Beautiful and quite place, We think is perfect for hiking, but we don't have time for that and we find the best restaurant and delicious! near to the bus station.

For us the shuttle schedule to and from the room was only slightly inconvenient but very workable for our intentions in Cinque Terre.

It is far away from the village of Vernazza making it very quiet. Great view of the sea and the surrounding terre. The room was clean and safe. Nyima is a fabulous host and very accessible to assist with any question or concern you may have as you navigate around the villages. We would stay here again.

Will need to drive or catch the public bus which takes either 15 or 30 minutes from Vernazza depending on if its the long or short route. During June 2023, the bus ran 7 times per day so there was no issues but beware if you get motion sickness as the roads are really windy!

Niyama was super helpful and very responsive to all my messages as well as tips on buying tickets and providing a schedule. Its closeby to a fantastic local cafe (Cafe Bistrot PZ) and its views were fantastic. New building that was very clean. Niyama also assisted with storage of our luggage on the first day so we can explore town before checking in which was so helpful

The room was perfectly remodeled - the entire house has been very well taken care of, it's beautiful. The view from our room was amazing! Wow. We liked the location, being just outside of Vernazza. We had a car, so we could easily get to wherever we wanted to go, or go into town and take the train. We were very well taken care of here by Nyima.
