Terrible location. Tried to do the 10 walk into town but there are no pavements. Very busy road. Ordered takeaway pizza and ate in room.

Close to Malpensa.. good breakfast. Transfers to airport.

Restaurant was closed for the evening. Nothing around to have dinner or take a walk (it is on the motorway).

I loved the free shuttle bus service from the airport! Of course, if I wouldn't ask, they never offered me this. I needed to call and arrange the time but the receptionist was quick and friendly. The rooms looked really new and it was a lovely location in the small village.

The bathroom did have a weird smell but it wasn't intolerable.

I liked the easy access shuttle and airport. I liked how kind the staff were. I liked the bedroom style and comfort of the beds.

Hotel very old fashion

The Shuttle was perfect as its practical not to have to worry how to get to the hotel when you don't know the language. Beside that the hotel is very old fashion, otherwise it was comfortable.

We had bugs in our room.

For the price, it exceeded expectations. Beds were comfy and were made daily, the water was hot and clean, and the shuttle was a fantastic amenity!

It was not that far from the airport on the map. But when you calculate the way to get there on the road from the airport it made the taxi ride quite expensive unexpectedly. They do offer a shuttle service but it’s a small hotel so it doesn’t come and go all the time. So I guess if you have a rental it’s not a problem but if you depend on taxis it might be with to pay more for a hotel closer to the airport and have a cheap taxi ride to it. Also the room facilities were clearly old and while everything worked it still felt very outdated and very spartan, even for this price level.

Missing out in breakfast, I suggest the staff who is on shift to always remind guest of breakfast time with a call every morning at least

There's not many food choices around this hotel for those on foot. Recommend buying at the airport or using food delivery services (however, Deliveroo was too busy when I tried to use it). Something to keep in mind particularly if you're after dinner.

They offer shuttle between hotel and airport (until 00 and since 5 am). I informed administrator our plane arrive at 23:45 and we need shuttle and they confirmed (I booked this hotel only because they offer this shuttle). Our plane arrived at 23:45. I immediately informed them that we will be near airport entrance ~at 23:55. Administrator told me he is not sure if shuttle will come because it's quite late. I was surprised he said that, even though we'd agreed on everything in advance. I had my wife with me and the administrator's words made me a bit nervous. Finally shuttle came but it left an unpleasant impression. Car needs some repairs (at least my seat belt didn't worked)

This is good hotel to stay for 1 night as they offer free shuttle between airport and hotel. Hotel itself is old but it's fine (nothing special).

I suppose reception lied about last transfer. My parents were exactly at the point it was mentioned + they met there an other couple with child waiting since 23.25. At the end they had to take a taxi. But with first transfer in the morning all was good.

The furniture is old, the shower drain is clogged and the water is not flowing properly, leading to flooding.

Very friendly staff, especially the driver who met and escorted us to the airport - very friendly👍
