You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomLifts are small and need updating. If with a baby buggie or wheelchair, it may prove annoying to get in and out (but they do work just fine!).
Staff are super nice! Food is great. Perfectly clean. Views of the sea are outstanding. Location very convenient for beach, train and main shopping streets. Would love to go again!

United KingdomPool was small but nice, however it closed for 2 hours in the afternoon which I thought was very strange and a real inconvenience Beach is good although you have to pay 25-35 Euros for beds and umbrella which we did not realise, we thought this hotel had beach access included
Very good location, less than a minute to the beach Staff were fairly friendly although on arrival we were told we had to change rooms after 2 nights - this was only a 3 night stay. I disputed this and was eventually told this was not needed.... very strange Good breakfast, lovely view from the room and good aircon

SloveniaWe had problems with the door locking mechanism all the time couldnt get in. They didnt want to change the room. In about 1,5 day they fixed the problem. And then we had to change the room for the last night! For no particular reason! Dissapointed.
