We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwitzerlandThe breakfast was disappointing, especially for a concept store as famous/high-end as Corso Como : industrial/tasteless bread, industrial single-portion jams & yogurts, a limited choice of eggs variations, etc. mostly the cappuccino & the fresh fruits were good - in a location (Italy) and at a time when healthy/farm-to-table options are widely accessible in most 4-5 star properties, the property should really reconsider stepping up their breakfast game. Additionally, the room was very noisy until 1am (as warned and expected prior to the stay but as other guests mentioned, just to keep in mind prior to booking). No reception, check-in/out happens in the room or at the bar so details like the luggage storage solution (kept at the bar area) are not ideal, especially if you come pick up your luggage later on and need to cross the full restaurant carrying your bags across towards the exit. The overall feeling is more of staying at a friend's place rather than a proper hospitality property. Finally, the price was quite overrated keeping in mind the above points and in comparison with other properties of similar standing in Milano.
The room was big with a lot of space, also very well designed CorsoComo style. Bedding & sofas were very comfortable. Plenty of amenities featured in the room e.g. complimentary Nespresso machine, still/sparkling water, cosmetic amenities sold in the shop, etc. Location was central and very well located, at walking distance from Brera and many cool spots to eat/drink/shop. Excellent staff service, Frank & Raj were both available and very responsive/reactive and kindly accommodated the requests.

Kuwaitthere is no elevator. there is bar & restaurant in the building we couldn't sleep until 12 because of the noise. and you should take 5 keys with you to open or lock the doors in the building.
