“The location of this hotel is perfect, just outside the gate into the old town, so everything is walkable and there is parking underground.
However, this is difficult hotel to review as it comprises seven rooms on the ground floor of a larger hotel with its own entrance and reception.
That said the room is nicely appointed with lots of high tech including electric curtains which didn’t work very well and air-conditioning that was broken for two of the three nights we stayed there. However Giorgio, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful trying to get it fixed on a Sunday and these things do happen.
The bed was the comfiest we stayed in in five hotels in northern Italy.
Service everywhere was extremely high touch and I appreciate what George is trying to do with this boutique hotel but the rooms simply aren’t up to scratch for the £300 a night.”
“We have stayed before and knew it was a great location. We came for a swimming event and it was very close to where we needed to be. Staff were lovely and the room was comfortable.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
