“We loved this place. The location is amazing - really at the heart of the historical centre of Matera. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was super nice with live piano music. We booked 2 superior rooms of the same price. Both were nice but they were not the same. One of them was a bit better.”

“Very nice "cave room", with plenty of space, comfortable beds, air conditioning and plenty of fesh water in the room fridge (much appreciated). The view on a "chiesa rupestre" from just outside our room was also spectacular. We were given plenty of useful information at the check-in, which helped us finalize our plans for visiting Matera in the short time we had (1 night stay only). Hotel staff was always friendly and supportive.”
