“Everything. It wasn't the first time we stayed at this hotel, but we felt even more welcomed this time. The receptionist offered us late check-out without us asking, to give us more time to enjoy the hotel facilities. The Spa and rooftop jacuzzi were fantastic and we had an unforgettable 3-hour dinner at their restaurant and pampered by their staff. Even the chef came out to greet us! The lady who served us could speak mandarin so could explain the menu in detail to my Hong Kong friends who don't speak Italian. And then there was the breakfast which used to be served in the restaurant, but they have since refurbished this grand room at the side to be used as the breakfast room which is very beautiful, and the breakfast was superb! We're already planning our next stay when we drive down to Italy in October!”
