“I had no expectations when I booked Il Cigno but I now cannot recommend staying here highly enough after my phenomenal stay. Luigi was an attentive and considerate host who made me feel at home and made the most wonderful home-cooked food including the freshest tzatziki I've had in my life. The B&B itself is located high on the northern point of the island which is perfect for those looking for more peace and solitude with a picturesque view out over the sea and sunset on one side and a view back over the Ponza Island on the other. Although Il Cigno isn't in the centre of town, the bus is cheap and comes reliably every 20 minutes. There are multiple good supermarket and restaurant options in close walking distance. Throw in the super friendly cat Schumi and dog Baldo, what more could you ask for!”
