There is no separate door or curtain for the shower area so the water would come out and it's bit messy in the bathroom. Would be nice to have a pan in the kitchen to use.

It was a very nice apartment with all the facilities as mentioned in the website. The room was clean and a best fit for a family with 1 or 2 children.

Instructions for getting in the room changed and we were not notified. Went from a key box to a push code on door handle.

No front desk or staff that you can talk to when you need something, you have to call or email. Not a big deal coz it’s self explanatory when they give you instructions. Still it’s nice to be greeted when you come in or going out, I feel secure that way.

Other apartments are under construction, which we weren’t expecting. It wasn’t loud, we never saw the workers, just strange to see a bunch of apartments next to us part way completed.

There was nothing to hang towels etc. on. Neither in bathroom or kitchen. The floor at first seemed clean but in some way it kept getting dirty by some kind of dust that can't have been brought by us.

Amazing view from our room, where we could see the ocean and the mountains. Really pretty room.

Would have been nice to have a toaster. Found there were mosquitoes that would come in the windows so would be nice to have screens so we could keep windows open.

The apartment was a great price and the location was fantastic if you want to be close to the city but without the pricetag! There was always parking available, shops on your front door, and places to eat seconds away! Comunication was amazing, and it was a stress free process from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!

Couldn't wash dishes as the tap was broken. But they did get it fixed by the next evening.

The location was good with super market right opposite to the apartment and subway right next to it. The host was approachable and had a smooth check in.

Perfect for a family school holiday trip. Great value, clean but basic option suited for a family trip with 3 children. Well equipped with towels, hairdryer, washing up liquid etc. Free parking available. Kitchen area made it possible to make a picnic and cook a simple meal on some nights as eating out was often expensive. Supermarket opposite for provisions. Easy check in and check out.

The smart key at the front of the apartment wasn’t working well even though I was given another code. We waited another hour 4pm before someone from the building fortunately happened to be going out. They said they have the sane problem. We use the key to get inside the building

The cloth to clean the dishes was missing. It didn't bother us much and I am sure that if we have contacted the property we could get a spare one, but it would be good if this was checked in advance.

There is a luggage room available, where we left the bags after check out, which is a great option
