Room did not get cleaned. That was not a problem for us, but I only mention it as someone else might have an issue with it. We stayed for 3 nights so maybe they do cleaning for longer stays. Did not alter our enjoyment at all, though. There was also a small spill of shower gel on the floor of the main downstairs area when we arrived, and it was still there when we left. Again, we weren't bothered by it.

The hotel was always quick to respond to messages if I had any questions. The room was very large and the shower was nice. The television had streaming services. The hotel is about a 15 minute bus journey to the centre of Reykjavik but that was absolutely fine because there is a bus stop a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The location around the hotel is great and has everything - a supermarket, a nice Italian sandwich place, and a breakfast place across the road, a sports bar next door, etc. There are also cultural things nearby like museums and churches. Location, despite not being in Reykjavik, is very good and we saw stuff we would never have seen if we have stayed in Reykjavik.

- The accommodation is a little out of the way and not many restaurants etc. locally to it. - The plumbing was quite noise during the night, e.g running water.

- The facilities were excellent and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. - The staff were very polite and helpful and provided information before our arrival which was very helpful. - The hotel is located close to bus routes so travelling to other areas was easy. - Check in and out was very simple and easy to follow.

I ask for 2 single bed but gave me 2 bed together. I have to separate by my own. One bed is no cover sheet. the bed is dirty. I stay 2 times. The second round I sent the message but they do not do it. No body I can contact in the apartment.

There was only one comfortable chair in the room, it would have been nice to have two comfortable chairs. The front door of the building, the lock is wonky. It did not always latch properly, leaving us a little concerned about security. When it did latch, you had to shake the door after entering the door code, or the door would not open easily, it still felt as if it was locked.

The price was great, as was the location. It was quiet and met our needs. It was nice to have the little kitchen and a grocery store across the street. I stayed here before and had the same great experience.

As mentioned, we we're expecting 3 beds not 2 and a sofa bed. When we arrived the room was disgusting, it hadn't yet been cleaned and the people before us left it in a state. We would've been fine with a later check in if told but we weren't, we were told we could check in at 3 but then we were greeted with the room in a state. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone to come sort it out but they did so quickly once we got hold of them.

Easy to check in, petrol station and supermarket right outside which was ideal after the ring road road trip. The sports bar next door does good food. Super close to the Sky lagoon and only 15 min drive out of the city centre. The room itself was clean and nice, was expecting 3 beds not 2 beds and a sofa bed though.

I booked for 3 single beds. No sofa bed. And got a sofa bed. The sofa bed was more comfortable than expected. But it could have gone badly. I really expect to get what I paid for. When I queried the property they wanted to offer me a larger apt at an additional cost. I did not budget for this. I turned down other locations because of choice of bed. I felt deceived.

May be not suitable place to see aurora because of many town lights. You have to drive away to some darker suitable point to watch more clearly the aurora.

Accommodation within town with easy grocery and restorants nearby.. You can visit several interesting things within town and also outside not far from the town. Easy to sent back our rental car around airport and to go to the airport.for the flight.

most hotels have some coffee to use in the rom. this had none, and it is not sensible to buy some at the grocery store for a short stay.

Good clean rooms. No frills, but comfortable with great shower pressure, and nice bathroom. I did not use the kitchen, but overall everything was nice.

I wish there were bowls that were a medium size for leftovers and cereal. This apartment is probably best for two couples or a few friends. It was a bit tight for four friends, since it's one big open room you would need to use the bathroom for privacy. There was laundry on the premises, but it was in this weird crawl space with a really low ceiling under the stairs.

It was easy to use the door code and collect the keys outside the apartment door from a lockbox. The apartment was one room but was airy with one whole wall being windows. The kitchen was stocked with most of what we needed, though there wasn't bowls that were cereal size. The bathroom was comfortable and just what we needed. The location was central and convenient to stores and restaurants. I liked that you could get into the building from the front or the back and parking was easy to find. The wifi worked great.

The bathroom was not good. Weird stains on the walls, mold at the bottom edge of the shower. The floor was also in need of repair.

The room was a nice size. The price is reasonable. There are elevators, and the kitchenette was great ( although the stove was un plugged and we did not use it). Staff or not on site it is a self check in.

Location is actually considered out side Reykjavík city which none of our tours had pick up to that location. So we had to pay a lot for taxi every night. They had mentioned on their website & the booking confirmation email that all TVs have Netflix however it was a normal satellite TV with very few local channels. And when I asked about this all they say is your TV is satellite only.

Property was clean, very spacious, good view and close to bus stop. Grocery and restaurant very close. Kitchen had all equipments.

A bit overpriced; checkin from 3 p.m. and checkout at 10 a.m. (A total os 19h only); no employees in building - all contact is made by message and Booking app.

Good location (10 min by car to downtown Reykjavík); spacious room with complete kitchenware; comfortable bed; beautiful views of Reykjavík (at least from apt # 406); free parking in front and rear of building; grocery store just across the street.

Room was not clean. Old used towels after previous guests were in the wardrobe. Shelf in the wardrobe itself was wobbling down and up so with improper weight balance all clothes just fall down. One bed was made properly and the other one looked like someone slept on it for a week already. Toilet was constantly leaking. Old salt was left in the cupboard which I wad very happy about but turned out to be moldy.
