Amazing central location, near all of the main attractions. Staff were very helpful and quick to reply to me. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Overall we were really happy with our stay!

It would have been nice to have more pillows and towels.

This is a great base for exploring Reykjavik. It’s a short walk to most of the museums and restaurants. The apartment is small but comfortable.

No free parking, so street parking added to the bill.

Amazing location. Right in the middle of everything, so very walkable to the city's main sights, restaurants, and shops. Larger than expected space well-stocked with essentials for the stay.

Loved everything. Wasn’t an issue for us, but people should know it’s on the third floor without an elevator.

Just be aware you may need to walk up flights of stairs… worth checking which level you’re on. We would stay again regardless!

The location of this apartment was fantastic being so central. It was spacious, had everything we needed - great to have a coffee machine. And it was really comfortable. Easy to find and access.

Laundry facilities located outside of apartment in loft. Area was unkept. I am not a fan of using toiletry items that have been opened & used by previous tenants. I would also not use left over cooking oils etc.

Room was a little small for two people - only one bedside table, and putting a stool by the other side meant you couldn't access the wardrobe. Blinds have to be mostly drawn as the windows are overlooked by the buildings out back.

Comfy bed, and decent size bathroom; great location more or less in the middle of things, but still quiet; helpful amenities for self-catering like toaster, coffee machine, kettle, stove and fridge, and things like sugar, salt, coffee, oil, etc left behind for use.

No access to TV other than news if you don’t have a subscription with Netflix or prime etc If windows are open you can hear people in street

The location was awesome. Size of the apartment. We didn't see the hostess. But she made sure how we could reach her in case we needed her! So that was great.

Just the parking situation is a bit difficult. It is worth to park a little bit further and save a lot in parking fee!

The apartment was warmer than we liked but that's not much of a complaint!

The owner communicated very well - was quick to respond to questions and flexible with our arrival and departure times. The bed and pillow were very comfortable! Everything was extremely clean.

The location was perfect, it was near everything and local to all tour bus stations. Less than a 10 minute walk from the main bus station with frequent airport shuttle busses. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. We loved that it had kitchen facilities to allow us to have breakfast and prepare lunches before our excursions. The host also popped by to give us advice on New Year’s Eve plans which was very helpful. He was very friendly and emailed with helpful information before our stay and contact details for during if required

Location is great and you have everything you need in this cozy apartment. Bed is extremely comfortable and it's quite.

The internet was abysmal. The host was great and was quick to respond, which was appreciated. The modem was in the next apartment, which resulted in frequent dropouts and low speeds. I believe this would be resolved by having a modem in the actual apartment.

The location was fantastic, it was in the middle of the city center, but still away from the crowd and noise. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the facilities needed, and the grocery shop was within a minutes walking distance. Good cafés, bars and restaurants in the area and close to the main attraction of the city.

There was a party in the downstairs flat(which belongs to the same owner) in our first night stay; until morning. Which made a lot of noise and disturbed our sleep. No local tips or tourist guid was provided, some recommendation from a local could be helpful to optimise the trip.

Location was great. It was clean and warm. The kitchen was well equipped.

Right off the main shopping street, near the church, it could not have been a better location. The apartment was spotless, with everything we could possibly need. It was warm and cosy and the bed was very comfortable.
