Poor housekeeping. When we checked in the trash was not emptied and there still still dirty towels on the heater. Toilet has no place to hang towel or clothes so all have to be placed on toilet bowl.

Would be helpful if the apartment had a number on it. This would have reduced some confusion as to which one we were assigned.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had an excellent view of a nearby park. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. We were able to tour several places in the surrounding 2 hour radius that we wanted to see.

Construction in building and in unit. Kitchen not stocked with some necessities like dishwasher soap, paper towels, more than one dishcloth for two nights, four people.

The location was incredible. The house was well equipped with everything that was needed and it was a very comfortable stay. It's easily accessible and the views over the surrounding landscape are incredible

it was cute, pretty and comfortable. Got a nice welcome surprice from the hosts as we were the first giest to stay, along with a cute handwritten note. such a lovely gesture. Some minor bits and bobs unfinished but it didnt bother us at all. overall a really pleasant stay ❤️

The apartment is half done, lot of things are not finished or installed. Mirror is in a box in the hallway, there's no hanger for the big wet coats. The bathroom is the main problem: the light is not installed, there's a weak designer ambiance light behind the mirror but it's still very dark with it. The radiator is also not installed there, just the pipe end, so it means there is absolutely zero heating in the bathroom. There is one small power socket only there for the toothbrush or razor, but the included (by the way, very good) hair dryer cannot be connected, the plug is too thick: so you have to dry your hair in the kitchen, next to the sink. The shower water pressure is very weak, everywhere else in the apartment it's good. The walk in shower looks pretty but it's very impractical, everything gets wet no matter how hard you try and there's no mop or any cleaning tool provided so the water just stays in the bathroom floor. There is no hand towel provided, just one big per person. The doorstep is not installed at the entrance door so the wind is whistling inside always if you have a window open. The booking page is incorrect: it claims there will be shower gel, shampoo provided, there was nothing. There is no washing machine either despite the advertisement which was an unfortunate discovery. I understand sometimes constructions can get delayed and maybe you already have guest coming. But then it should be indicated in both the advertisement and especially in the price if something is not yet finished.

Good wifi. The apartment is very pretty and all new in the parts that are finished. The windows provide a beautiful view to the mountains. The dishwasher is very useful and the kitchen is very practical.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and beautiful little town. It was incredibly cozy, we felt so relaxed there. Had everything we needed to make good meals, there was a newly renovated bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Easy to recommend! We especially liked their collection of board games, it was a nice change to not spend an evening in front of a screen :)

However, I would not stay there again for the following reasons: -if you are planning to stay in/around the area of Isafjordur, avoid Bolungarvik - it is a gloomy village -the apartment (and the building) is still under renovation and not completely fit for purpose. Here is why: water in the shower does not drain quick enough, most sockets are not working preventing the use of kitchen appliances on the kitchen counter, hair dryer cannot be used in bathroom as there are no sockets (but this is the only place with a mirror) -balcony is dilapidated and seems not to have been renovated yet -the stairs in the building are completely unfinished and you feel you enter a building that is in the middle of renovations -there are dead flies and dust on window sills, floors -kitchen was not cleaned with food crumbs remaining in the oven, in the cupboards, under the dining table We asked one of the owners (Daniel) to have the areas cleaned. Unfortunately these were addressed only half heartedly. It seems the owner was not interested in having satisfied guests in his establishment. Clearly not a recommendation to stay.

The good thing about this apartment is that it is newly renovated and has a nice view of the mountains and the fjiords. It is spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people.

The apartment is not in a good contition, we were unable to see the beautiful view from the apartment as the windows and the glass in them are out of order. There was no dining table, only 2 cups, 2 wineglasses, no waterglasses and no teaspoons. No smoke ditector, in the smaller room there was no light, and on the balcony were trash and two chairs in bad condition.

the house is not ready yet and also the flat. there are some places with a still in progress. a little smelly. and the balcony is unfortunately not really nice. the view is amazing but the ground is not acceptable.

the panoramic window was great. the kitchen is equipped well. very stylish.
