Small hostel, with only the essentials. The room we stayed was small, with just a double bed and a sofa bed. Few amenities, but a private bathroom. The place is great for a quick stop, close to downtown, and there's parking nearby.

There is a condensation problem resulting in water collection on window sills. This will eventually lead to big problems. The hand held shower head was broken.

The water kettle was covered by dust and has left over water in it. Toilet was not cleaned. The room was extremely small with two twin beds in. Two person couldn't move around at same time. There is no space for luggage's. There is no common area to sit.

The room and bedding were clean and comfortable. The location was great and we are able to walk around to the church and view points. There are restaurants close by.

Difficult to Find designated free parking space

Cleanliness was a big issue. Our bedsheets were stained with weird marks and the kitchen utensils are not very clean (probably from inconsiderate guests previously). Parking was also difficult to access (long distance between hotel front door and the private carpark) if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

Central location, the busy walking street is of walking distance. Check-in was really smooth with the keycodes. Our room on the ground floor was also very big.

Modern room with self check-in. Bigger than usual and with a private bathroom, which gave some privacy. There was a microwave and some basic cutlery to prepare some microwave food. Overall very clean, convenient and recommendable.

They could not make the sofabed ready (we asked with advance). There are other apartments in the same buildings with same room numbers and it was not clear to see that they are not the correct ones.

Functional room for a stay in northern Iceland. The room was very clean; the hotel works via self-checking, so no staff around usually.

The WiFi didn´t work the two nights i was there. I called to let them know but that wasn´t fixed.

The shower could have been cleaner, also this type of shower door are just not very practical because the water gets under the shower door into the whole bathroom. Noise isolation could be better, we could hear other guests walking in the building.

The room sloped ceiling was quite low and I am only 5ft! No window to open Fridge in room was great but quite noisy. Sink taps too short to fill kettle Shower sprayed onto bathroom floor - no bathmat privided Lots of snow during our stay - the parking is not near the apartments and wasnt ploughed so nearly got the car stuck.
