A bit more storage space may be useful in the bathroom, especially for more than two people, but this is individually and definitely does not create a negative impression.

The apartment is perfectly located not far from city center in the direction of starting car trips to main attractions, so it takes less than 10 minutes to get out of the city. There are few good restaurants, bars, a food court, some stores and quick pizza to go within 5 minutes walking. The parking is always available just near the building or on the opposite side of the road. The host arranged early check-in on our request, he provided all the necessary info about the apartment and the equipment, which made our stay convenient from very beginning. The apartment is new, very clean and has all the necessary equipment. Just perfect, thank you.

Great location to walk to main town area. Near a supermarket and you can take a bus to the bus station to access airport and blue lagoon etc. Apartment had all the mod cons - beds were super comfortable. Bedrooms were dark which is handy given no night time! Kitchen allowed you ta have meals at home if you choose. Overall nice accommodation.

The apartment was perfect for our quick one night stopover in Reykjavik. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived several hours before check-in and he was able to store our luggage for us until we could check in and also recommended a great option for lunch. He stored our luggage after check out as well, since our flight did not leave until early evening.

It will be better if we were provided with a dish drying rack and a floor mat for wet floor.

The host allowed us to check in early. The house was clean and nicely designed too. The location was good too, about 15 to 20 minutes walk to downtown.

Great location, clean and good value for money. The apartment was modern and very tidy with a private balcony and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Very convenient car park underground with lift access to building.

The surroundings of the house are something that cannot be directly influenced by the owner, however, it must be evaluated. This is a location with rapid development, old buildings are being demolished and new and clean apartments and offices are being built, unfortunately some of the original buildings do not seem very trustworthy. Right next door, the shop window is full of trash, and the inner courtyard of the next house is full of mess. There was a queue for the washing machine and dryer, so it was not possible to use it at all, unfortunately it is shared by several entrances and the cycle takes a long time, so don’t count on being used.

I really appreciate the approach of the owner, who let me know that the apartment is ready almost four hours before the official check-in time

Bedroom overlooking a beautiful mountain. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Spacious apartment and clean too. Having laundry facilities below is a blessing

Lack of quick responses from the people we rented from. And they would not budge at all on the check out time even though we didn’t leave until the evening they would not allow for even a short time to stay past 11 so be aware you will be made to vacate at exactly 11am.

Key box was easy to access as was the main door on the day of arrival. Main door to the building would not open the 3rd day we were there and had to be let in by another person. The people we rented from neither answered the phone number they gave, nor did they answer the messages sent. It was late, cold and snowing- not the time to leave your renters outdoors!

Parking was a little confusing as there are lots of signs with tow vehicles on. Cleared this up with the owner and we had no problems.

1. It was super clean! 2. Owner was very responsive on Booking.com and the instruments on how to enter the building and apartment was well explained 3. Comfy mattresses: I was not well on the first night so was very grateful for a good night’s rest 4. Newly renovated/ built 5. Parking is right by the building entrance! 6. Well-equipped kitchen with quality tea (Pukka） and a Nespresso machine 7. 5 minutes walk to Reykjavik Kitchen 8. 7 minutes walk to the Storm Hotel where we were picked up for the Northern Lights tour
