This studio is better equipped than most making good use of the available space. The location is good if you have a car with free all day parking in the side street. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meals, the oil, salt, sugar, spices and coffee pods were a nice bonus. The host communicated well and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is clear that the hosts take pride in the apartment.

Nothing. We were quite confuse on the parking whether the parking on near the building are free street parking but we asked around and it was free. Very convenient and safe to park near the building.

The host made us feel like home. Basic kitchen needs were provided,love the small gesture of providing even facial cotton and cotton buds in the toilet.

Nothing to fault!

One of the best places to stay in Reykjavik! The location is in a quiet area of the centre. Apartment is one of many in a brand new development. We had no problem with parking as we were able to park in front of the accommodation. Very easy access coming or leaving Reykjavik too. Flat is only 10min walk from the city centre (in fact around 500m from the start of their main high street road). A massive Bonus supermarket is just around the corner, at the back side of the property. Very modern and clean apartment, with all amenities and fast wifi (had to give an online course during my stay). It is actually very spacious. Excellent value for money!!! The hosts have all info available for you upon arrival. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again there on my next trip to Iceland.

Not much that I didn't like. The fridge was a wee bit noisy.

Apartment was impeccably clean and very well appointed. Very good location within short walking distance from many attractions. Was given early entry and instructions for entry were clear and worked perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this aoartment

Fabulous, modern property. The location was excellent- only a 5/10 minute walk into the city. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. It felt very safe and check in/ check out was very straightforward.

I was unlucky in terms of noise - there was a renovation in the neighboring apartment and a construction side just outside the window so during the day it was really, really noisy with drilling and other heavy duty tools sounds. But hey, its will pass and its not a permanent feature of this great apartment!

The hosts trio - Mom & Daughters - were super friendly and helpfull. I felt welcomed and I could always write to them and get a quick reply :) The apartment is spacious, clean, has a nice interior design (very comfy bed!), big windows and nice shower with a rain shower option. Its also in a good location in terms of public transport and OK for those who like walking - its a 15 minute walk to the very city center.

the listing has "parking lot" included, but it's not a dedicated parking lot, but "free parking on this one street Brautarholt" and you better hope you get a parking spot, otherwise you have to pay extra or drive in circles. and walk with luggage. the sink in the bathroom was closed and the lever behind the faucet didn't do anything, i also couldn't remove it, so i constantly had to pry it open when using, which was very annoying. i told the host i don't mind if they want to come to the apartment to fix it, but they said they don't come in while people are staying for privacy. i found that weird, because i offered and it meant that they accept that i have to deal with a broken sink for the duration of the stay. fortunately everything else worked.. small stuff: the bed is a pullout from the wall and there is a large gap behind the bed and wall that you can't close and so it means you can't lie back and the pillows fall down easily, wasn't a fan of this.

great location, quiet neighborhood, clean and cozy. has everything you need, using the key code to enter and then a different code to get the key was quite easy.
