Very neat, clean, great location

Overall the place was really clean, except the kitchen had some overlooked grease. I actually wiped all the cupboards down myself because they had greasy finger prints all over them. Then I went to turn on the light above the oven, and dripping grease got all over my hand. I will say I'm a bit picky about cleaning because I used to be a professional cleaner, the light above the oven is a bit hidden, so easy to overlook, but the cupboards are quite visible and only need a quick wipe to look spotless.

Location is great, walking distance from the city center, great view of the ocean from the balcony. We had everything we needed here, it felt like home away from home. Blackout curtains did a good job of keeping the light out.

1) Very small bed. Apartment is quite large, plenty of space for installing king size bed. Why to have small bed then? Waste of space! 2) apartment was not clean at all. I had ask for new linens, and had to change myself.

We love this studio, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a Bonus supermarket in less than 100 meters. The host was super friendly, helpful and we really enjoyed our stayed in their studio.

There was no wasing machine wich was mentioned in the booking, the view because we were on the first floor and the lack of a sofa to sit on. Now it was sitting on the bed or on the chair, so not so comfy after a long day of being outside. I saw that there were appartments with sofa. Ours (205) did not have one. Although it was mentioned in the reservation.

The location was great, free parking in front of the door and there was always place, close to the citycenter (easy on foot), very, very clean, coffeepads, soap and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice and warm appartment. Easy to check in and out with the keycode. I also liked the balcony. Great waterpressure in the shower. Roostercafe on the corner of the street for great coffee and a public swimmingpool in walking distance

Nice clean studio in Reykjavik, kitchen was well equiped and we were able to do some laundry, which was a plus. Bed was comfortable.

It was a small issue with having all needed info about the room in time, but after a call everything was fixed. Everything else was very good. Loved that on tv i could found netflix, disney and so on 🫡

Brilliant location close to Reykjavik!! There is a supermarket around the corner which is one of the cheaper ones in Iceland. Apartment was spotless with brilliant facilities including a kitchen we cooked 3 main meals in and had good facilities to do this. I would 1000% recommend this apartment complex to anyone visiting Reykjavik. We were even lucky enough to see the Northern lights from our balcony! It has everything you need and nothing seemed too much to ask. Thank you so much for having us!

Bed was a fold up bed, so quite small and not the comfiest.

Great location and very modern. Easy check in and out, and good communication with host. The property had all facilities needed.
