YOU MUST BOOK. This place is epic!!!! Best location ever, right inside the fort. Every afternoon we had chai from the Zostel cafe on the terrace overlooking the city at sunset. It was such a privilege to stay in a grand monument. Narendra and all the other staff were so attentive and exceptionally helpful. They booked everything for us, including our desert safari, and carried all our luggage. The food in the cafe was AMAZING!!!!! This place is epic value for money with delightful service. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you :)

The male staff was very rude, at first we thought it was a misunderstanding, but he was rude and mocking, calling me "bro" and seamingly getting upset when I didn’t understand. This happened for the whole length of our stay. He would laugh and say things in Hindi when we would asked questions to his colleague. The women at the front desk was very nice though!

I loved the location, type of people that Zostel attracts and staff - they made for such a fun and welcoming environment. I’m missing the friends that I made there already. The rooftop is also stunning and the perfect place to catch a sunset 🌅

One staff at the reception was not much cooperative for adjusting booking among both zostels, however another staff was nice and cooperative, he managed easily.

The mattress in the room was terrible and needs to be replaced immediately. We were unable to sleep all night and ultimately decided to check out early from the place.

The room was beautiful and an ideal one for couples. The property is perfectly located and provides amazing view of the city. The staff is young and eager to help.

The superior rooms are really not cheap but ok ok it‘s really historic and nice. I had room 112 —> the shower / toilet next door makes sone noise… well you can‘t help it as it is a historic building.

GREAT location!!!!! Right in the middle of the fort and a wonderful historic place. Roof top terrasse is nice, food ok (sometimes a bit waiting). Friendly staff always helpful.

- No curtain for bunkbeds - I think it could be good to add ones for more privacy :) - Bathroom was not always cleaned - however whenever you ask them they do it

The food was not good, we ordered for a egg fried rice, it didn't taste good, even a basic khichdi was not tasty. The mattress in the room could be better, it was not the most comfortable but was not bad either

The location while is difficult to reach, is one of the most beautiful inside fort stay. The room we picked was beautiful and the hotel interiors were also clean and nice.

The staff (Chetan, Pradeep ji, Montu bhai) went out of their way to help us out (from pickup to drop) and it really helped us (strangers in the city). Property is already great. All in all a very good experience. Memorable stay.
