IndiaI booked for May 1st and reached Zostel early in the morning, as it was not check-in time bed was not provided for me. But when I agreed to pay for June 30th they provided bed. Even with a vacant bed available the Zostel team was not ready to provide the bed as I'm a bit early which I felt was very bad and not a welcoming mentality.
Rooms and Washrooms were clean and tidy.

Crowd is quite good. Staff was VERY helpful and quite friendly, which is a plus for new people who don't have much idea about how to go along with the sightseeing. The restaurant just behind is quite convenient, and has pretty good quality and prices, making both stay and meals an easy affair.

ArgentinaI stayed at the hostel for three nights. I initially booked one night and then I extended twice, letting the personnel know one day in advance. On my third night, I did the same thing to extend for one more night. The member of staff said to me it was ok and he would do the booking for the next day for me. The next day I left the hostel early in the morning and came back in the evening. As soon I got back, I went to reception to pay that one last night and the same member of staff that had promised to book the room for me on the previous day said to me all beds were booked out and I had to leave. After a while of not giving any reasonable answer, he said that he had called me on my mobile earlier and it was not his problem.
The room was spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Overall the hostel was very clean and tidy. It's got a nice common area in the centre. Also there's a lovely cafe just around the hostel with a peaceful and pleasant garden to chill out. They serve delicious food. The location of the hostel is ideal, only a 2-minute walk from Kratni Chowk.

Spainlike some people say the staff should be in training, how to deal with public and have a better understanding of english..It looks they are trained to act lice policemen. They keep walking around. the first night I arrived at 1 a.m. I tried not to disturb anyone. 15 minutes later a guy comes to say I should sleep with trousers because it ws a mix dormitory ( that was crazy, never had happened in my travels at hundreds of hostels).The owner should visit Joey,s in New Delhi or horn please in Jaipur to learn how to run a hoztel with staff that speaks goo english and are friendly and nice with the customers. The owner also replyes to conments her with the same sentences and do nothing to improve this hostel.I stayed for 3 nights and booked every day because one guy told me so.In 2 nights when I went to the hostel, there were other customer sleeping in my bed. They said they have made a booking early ( just have not sense, they just can made a schedule properly and these things had happened to other people) The rooma are a litle stuffy, when you entered there is some kind of smell because they don,t have ventilation.
