We stayed in a private room, it could use a deep cleaning. Most hostels have a fridge and basic kitchen, but there is not one at this location. No luggage storage, but bags can be left in the hallway unsecured.

Close to train station. Common area had space to hang out. Water refills to cut down on plastic. New cafe just opened in the back and was good food. Kozy restaurant is super close and great food. They let us use the showers after spending the day at Ellora, while we waited for our night train.

Yet, the WiFi connection did not work in the room, and there was no kitchen (nor even just a kettle or something)

Nothing really :) everything was great. There's also a new restaurant around the corner, Twist in Flavours, where you can now also get breakfast and dinner. Would stay again!

How clean it was and the vibe. Good size (private) rooms, free clean water from the tank and good AC as well.

They did not change bed linen. When new guests arrived they got the same linen as the previous guest. They also charge 50 rupee for a towel.

Super friendly and helpful staff and a nice common area. The hostel has free drinking water and board games.

No Ventilation; I don't know about other rooms but I stayed in Room No. 107 .. there is no window.. in country like India ventilation window is atleast required

Rooms and halls were cleaned frequently. however, bath area could be a little more clean. There were used soaps and shampoos(Could belong to people who're still staying. not sure)

The location is not ideal, next to a big road. It would have been nice to have a small kitchen available to prepare some simple food.

the bathroom was tiny and had no proper shower but mostly between the windows and the walls there were small open holes from where insects and mosquitos could get in (and they did). During the night when we arrived we were told from the guard outside there was no room for us and that none was available to talk to us and we had to leave after telling Zostel call center well in advance we would be checking in at that time.

the room was ok and there was enough space for everything, the common spaces are clean and comfy, wifi connection was good and the location is close to whatever you may need.

The rooms and bathroom smelled a bit, staff acknowledged the issue and took corrective action. Unfortunately it was still a bit lacking. However in comparision the place is amazing

The facility is clean, with friendly staff ready to help. Good decor added to the experience. With a collection of books and games in the common area, made the stay enjoyable

The floor was not clean and there was dust inspite of all having to leave their footwear outside. Infact there were marks of shoes in the washroom which is odd. Also, there are no dustbins in the facility common rooms whatsoever which was not pleasant. Also, the person at the front desk should be more responsive and empathetic - there was a constant look of condescension from him which was rather unsettling.

Good place with ample things to do at the location. I like the ambiance and upkeep of the facility overall. It is the perfect place for backpackers and budget travellers. We chose for the private rooms for 3couples (family without small kids).

Improve on cleanliness of washroom and area around it.

Rooms were clean but washrooms and sink were not upto the mark. Also issue was with washbasin towel which was not replaced each day.

the rooms are not cleaned everyday and one has to specifically request for the cleaning. There are inadequate plates and spoons in the dining area and most are not clean. The wet garbage bins are outside the property so it is inconvenient to throw outside eatables. Even the wash basin is outside the outside shoe policy is inconvenient as the floors are quite dusty and my feet got dirty when I had to walk barefoot to the room. Either have better sweeping or reconsider this rule.

Shower was a bit hit and miss. We were put in a dorm with staff and had random people coming in and out of the room at night.

Ankita was very helpful. Comfortable room. Location was great.

They don't serve breakfast on the property at least coffee and tea should be served there that doesn't take much effort for bread butter kind of things etc

I am 6'1 and the bunk beds are simply too short!

The cleanliness has to be experienced to be believed. Well maintained property with washrooms and living spaces cleaner than most 3 star hotels. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Decent value considering all aspects of budget accomodation

Basic breakfast options should have been available[Bread, butter, toast, cornflakes. milk, tea]. They can tie up with some nearby restaurants/cafes to provide food delivery at the property by keeping their menu over here. Bike & Car rentals tie-ups can be done.

Cleanliness was good. Washrooms were also clean. No foul smell anywhere, they used air-freshners. Staff was friendly. They should communicate with more friendliness except for Ganesh from Delhi. People expect that from the staff at a back-packer hostel. Property was very spacious and very well ventilated. Even during the month of May, AC was not compulsorily needed. Good ambience. Good vibe. Good people. Will definitely visit again.
