Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable to me (too hard). The owner tried to solve the problem with a new matress, but unsuccessfully. The location is a bit far from the city center and the railway station, though very quiet and far from the noisy traffic. A small fridge would be a nice addition.

The place consists of a bedroom with private bathroom, on the first floor of a small building, with indipendent access to the property. It was very clean and tidy and very well maintained. AC, ceiling fan and Wifi are available.. Water is provided by the owner as well. The owner is very caring and helpful, with suggestions about how to visit the sorroundings (he can also arrange visits with taxi drivers he knows personally).

The landlord was really friendly and always happy to help! He slso has good connections to drivers that bring you around to the main attractions in the surrounding of Aurangabad. The room itself was spacious and nice. Hot shower :-)! We could make water for tea snd had some tea, plates, cups and spoons etc. The neighborhood is also calm and good to walk around and have lunchbor dinner. Also the big supermarket is only 15 min by walk away.

It's very tough to say but yes the washroom should be cleaned....it was already cleaned but more to be precise. Apart from this Everything is good.

I believe the first thing is the location....peace surroundings...A fully spacious room provided with everything...The owner is cooperative.

The owner does to long lengths to make sure that the guest is well taken care of. In fact dropped me early morning at 5 am for my sports meet on his own vehicle ( complimentary) . Really , it is a quiet , silent ,peaceful bunglow in an upmarket area.

The owner gave us very good hospitality. The room is very big. There is also living room which is equipped with electrical pot and desk for work. There are some nice restaurants which are reachable on foot just 5-10 mins walking.

The owner of the hotel is very kind and has a great personality. His advice regarding our trip to Ellora and Ajanta was very meaningful. He also helped us solve difficult problems. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy our stay in Aurangabad 120%.

Not related to the homestay but please find laundry service elsewhere. The laundry took over 48 hours and was not dry at all when I got it. Some of it also doesn't smell very clean. All of my clothes are quick dry sports material and they dry overnight indoors when I wash them, something is not right with the laundry service.

The owner always gives out precise information and is very helpful in planning the day with any budget : ) He won't push you to go on any particular tour but just recommend based on what you want which is very good. He also helped me with bus bookings and shared stories of his family in the US : ) lovely family, would recommend this homestay for anyone.

Location is hard to find for taxi drivers. A bit isolated. Front staircase and balcony a bit unsafe and scary. Laundry service left something to be desired.

I just felt the location was bit off beat. It was bit away from the main city centre and I did face a Lil bit issues in reaching the main station cause of the availability of the cabs, especially early in the morning. But again, the neighbourhood was quite supportive and both the days, some random uncle helped me find a cab.

I liked the entire length of my stay at the property. It was easy and the person was really helpful about everything.

This was such an amazing and home loving experience! The host was welcoming and ensured all the details in prior, also helped us to locate the nearest tourist attractions and made sure the stay was available on time of arrival The stay was comfortable, quiet, hygienic, and also had friendly + homely vibes. The host, Mr Sudhir Dikkar was very cordial and patient, and even went out of his way to guide me with traveling to Ajanta and Ellora caves plus other attractions nearby. He also arranged an auto rickshaw for my transport and cooperated with my schedule though I didn't have time to return to the room and complete the checkout formalities on the day I left. Premises also kept clean. Definitely recommend.

I had a great time at this place! Sudhir, the host, and his wife, are both absolutely lovely and went beyond their way to help me throughout my stay. The flat, which is located on the floor above their house, has a separate entrance for extra privacy and even a rooftop. It is fully furnished with everything you could wish for, from drinkable water to toiletries, tea, writing desk, strong Wi-Fi and so on. It is spacious and located in a quiet and safe area, near some very good restaurants. You can also get a Uber from there, or autos from the main road just 30 seconds away from the flat. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and Sudhir was available at all times when I needed help. The communication with him has been amazing and he also gave me a lot of useful information to visit the main sights in Aurangabad. It was great value for money and I would absolutely stay there again next time I come to Aurangabad! I would recommend this place to everyone!
