Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe didn’t like when they expected one of us to sleep on floor with a just a mattress. This was disappointing to say the least. We did get the cot bed in the end after few attempts and arguments with the staff.
South Indian Breakfast was decent which was included in the price. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner and food was very tasty

RussiaThey changed my room without my permission. When I got to my room at two in the morning, two strangers were sleeping there. It took me a 30 minutes to find my clothes left in the room. The breakfast was not good. Saw a cockroach.

SpainDO NOT COME. We check in and there's cockroaches in the room, bathroom smells disgusting, there's no toilet paper, towels were old and broken (also smelly). We checked out the next morning even though we had two more nights paid. We explained the reasons to the front desk, do you think they at least say sorry? No, they just said: Ok sir 👌🏻
