Parking was a little conjusted, regardless it was handled well by the staff. The way to the hotel was an obstacle course. But it is definitely worth the price and stay. .

Hotel staff were very friendly, rooms were neat and clean. Windows had a double curtain. Since one of the curtains is white, it gave natural lighting in the morning.

There are no real non smoking rooms and also there was a fungus smell in the rooms. I do understand that there are people smoking in the non smoking rooms resulting in bad odour in the rooms. However there should be stricter measures to ensure that Non smoking rooms do not carry smoke odour which is very sensitive. Although I did dine at the Restuarant twice, I sort of forced to dine despite poor hygience conditions. Unfortunately this was the same in most of the other dining places outside the hotel too.

Ther timely corrective action implemented by the Executive Housekeeper and her team was commendable.

The room was very clean and big enough for 3 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. We could check in earlier by paying extra fees. The property is very close to the south railway station and metro station (5min walking). There is also a very good restaurant downstairs.

In the single occupancy standard room, the wash basin was inside, that was a bit awkward for me. I felt the standard single occupancy room was a bit over priced for the rate.

The location is great, nearby to the railway, metro stations and to the main MG road intersection, which makes the transportation across the city widely accessible. The room was neat and clean with a comfortable mattress.

Have greatly enjoyed our stay at Townbridge Hotel before our return to UK. A decent sized room, very comfortable bed, clean bedding and 2 pillows (had to asked for extra wherever we stayed prior to this). Important for UK travellers, there's a kettle and 2 mugs so you can wake up with a cup of tea! Good WiFi. We like a drink or 2, so it was fantastic to know there's a bar within 5 minutes walking distance called Mezzo (great atmosphere with very good music). Great location with easy access to airport and Ernakulam Junction for connecting trains to other parts of Kerala and the rest of India. Plenty of restaurants and cafes. Vibrant and lively town. Loved it!

I stayed two nights and was very pleased. The room felt very clean and fresh and had a very comfy bed, great A/C, nice bathroom with a good shower, an electric kettle with tea/coffee and a big window overlooking the garden area in the back (so it was quiet). It's located right near a Metro station and convenient for the boat dock for Fort Kochi, perhaps a 20-minute walk (if you can brave the heat!). I'd definitely stay again.

Smell of dump is horrible. There is a window but you can't open it, so you can't even ventilate your room and you alsways breath same air. I really would suggest to improve air ventilation, as the rate of the hotel would go up for sure

The room, I was alloted was the one I had booked - it was not a superior room!… The windows don’t open and there is no fridge in the room. The breakfast is v limited and v boring - the same everyday!… The management should improve all this.

The location was in my opinion really good. Near the train station but I didn’t use it. But a good landmark. There were many restaurants nearby, only a 5-6 min walk to Appira and just next to the hotel was a vegetarian dosa shop that sells dosas for 60-80inr, and a briyani restaurant next to it for similar prices. 70inr for fruit juices. The staff were all really helpful with directions and recommendations. Rooms were clean. For the money I paid, this was decent and should not expect the luxuries of a 4 or 5 star hotel. By this I mean, the toiletries were really basic…lol.

Modern decor, very roomy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Absolutely best shower I have ever had!!! Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Delicious buffet breakfast. All the staff from reception, restaurant and cleaning are friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute walk to ERNAKULUM Train Station and 30 minutes to Shops on Main for retail therapy. Have already recommended it to other visitors travelling to Kochi.

A bit more variety for breakfast, especially for the sweet options. Laundry is a bit expensive (but clothes do come back looking and packaged as new).

Functional, no frills hotel. An excellent stay especially for the price point, close to the metro, clean, well serviced. We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the train tracks and it was surprisingly quiet.
