Amazing property.

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, everything was beautiful only that it needs to be maintained well, and cleanliness should be the priority as well. The rooms felt a bit dusty, the kettle was supper dirty couldn't use it, the cups and the glasses were dirty as well. Had asked for some milk specifically asking them to cover the glass while getting it to the room, yet the glass of milk was uncovered, asked them to bring a fresh glass of milk covered and they brought it in the tea flask which was gross inside out. In the restaurant as well the glasses and cups and bowls were really dirty, asked them to wash them and they were the same. The food was really good. The staff was polite and courteous. The only thing is that cleanliness and maintenance are highly neglected.

There was a long wait in the Tiqri cafe. We ordered twice from there, one being a drinks order and another being a dinner order. The drinks order took approximately 20 minutes and the dinner order took almost 90 mins for all items (all ordered at the same time) and even then items were missing so we had to cancel them.

Breakfast was good with the wide range of freshly cooked items. The rooms were very nice and the Time Square complex itself was very impressive

Restaurant was ice cold. We were the only foreigners and got put into a separate room. Weren't told about the live station until Sangita on day 2 put us in the main room and gave us 5 star treatment

We loved the location. The bed was very comfortable and the room a nice size to relax in. Super facilities, pool, spa, gym, cinema...Sangita saved the restaurant.

Everything was very good and hospitable.

The entire staff was really very supportive to our needs, specially since we had a 3 year old. They have taken such good care of us, we highly recommend it. Additionally their facilities and ambience is exceptional.

The location was shady. They didn't offer the driver a complimentary stay, which was quite surprising. They eventually charged me for the driver's stay.

The property was good. The food was excellent. Ambiance was beautiful

The lack of communication with staff members. Room service was not properly executed. The breakfast spread did not reflect 5* standard, not enough choice of juices, fruits, breads porridge (oats) was not provided every day. Selection of cheese was very poor. The evening in dining was not up to standard either too salty or oily had to be sent back twice. The manager of the restaurant Gita had done her very level best to fulfill our expectations which was greatly appreciated. The location is out of town and no transportation is available apart from paying 1000 rupees per person one way to Bhuj!!! There should be a shuttle service provided at least a couple times a day from guests complimentary. Staff need a lot training to bring the level to 5*

The ambiance of the property was excellent. The location of the swimming pool and cafe was well designed. The rooms were spacious and clean showers facilities was good, coffee and tea provided. Comfortable bed and pillows and linen.

We had one night where the noise level was high, but this was due to a function being held locally. The hotel staff (Swapnil) was great as he moved us into a quiet room for the evening temporarily.

Facilities were great. Breakfast was really nice. Staff were polite and accommodating.

Everything swimming pool , food the royal treatment! One must stay here before saying ‘ ‘they have seen all hotels ‘ its not just a stay it is an experience !

The place is fabulous and exceeded all the expectations. Outstanding building, a very luxurious surrounding , staff very lolite and helpful . Wish I could have stayed longer ! This place is a traveler’s dream come true ! 😊👍👌😍

Really far out from Bhuj, so kind of middle of nowhere, though the area is under development. it become more established with experienced management. There were very few guests for such a huge property. We were charged Rs 1000 per night for a driver to eat and stay in a dorm, when there was nowhere for them to go close by. Lot of facilities were not ready.

It’s brand new and a lot of attention has gone into the details. The staff are very nice though there are a lot of workers around who stare at guests. The pool is exceptional as is the restaurant. The spa, hammam (Turkish hot bath), and open air cafe isn’t fully operational yet.
