Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Since I had booked a KING ROOM, I was expecting the room and toilet to be of larger size. Was also expecting an open balcony overlooking the main road. Roof top restaurant and breakfast was nice

The rooms feel fresh and clean. Bathrooms are nice. The breakfast on the terrace is also really good. The staff were extremely polite and responsive. Quality of food served in the room was also great with many options.

United KingdomAll in all, for what I needed this accommodation for, it ticked my boxes. But things not working was frustrating.. Payment: Anyone booking this hotel must note that the payment is handled by the hotel and they do not have any facilities to deduct your payment via the bank card which you secure the booking on. I was contacted a few days before arrival to ask for 50% payment via a QR code for Google pay or via bank transfer. I do not have Google pay and I then found that the bank account numbers in India are different to UK, so I was not able to make a bank transfer. This was stressful and I feared booking will be cancelled. Reservation Lady with excellent spoken English organised for me to pay on card in full on arrival. Thank you organising this but I really believe the hotel needs to be able to take card payments via a portal or by phone. I intend to come back again and hope to find an easier way to pay. Connectivity: I had my whole 4 night stay with no TV. The top TV did not work. Kept freezing. The TATA box was out of action for a few days and only sorted half day before I left. I asked daily to have these addressed, they tried, or it worked temporarily and stopped again. Very frustrating and I have asked for partial refund as this was a facility I really needed staying alone and wanting to watch TV. WiFi connection is a little erratic.
I stayed in an Executive Suite. It was very spacious and spotless clean. I was very impressed and happy with my lovely space. Living room, kitchenette (but no equipment like plates or pan so cooker was not useable), handy microwave and fridge. Lovely big bedroom, wardrobe and good bathroom. Very good spec and looks just like photos. No mosquitos. Clean towel and bedding, very pleased. Room service until 10.30pm was helpful, good food. Biryani tasty. Huge portions. Breakfast on roof terrace was nice. Lovely omelette. Staff were polite always on hand to help with taxi bookings etc but language barrier with English speaking was an obstacle with some staff. It is India and I am from UK but for Urdu/ local speaking this won't be an issue of course. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price point. I showed my local relatives photos and they were equally impressed.

Like why even do such a thing? We had to constantly ask for toilet paper or towels. Also they were very rude to wake you up in the morning. Every single day. Extremely loud when handling the other rooms. Starting at 7-8am. You have to be more mindful
