- everyone tries to sell reservations to the restaurants. I think they get commissions, it got irritating after a point

- excellent rooms - the breakfast and dinner spreads are amazing! - friendly and helpful staff - great selection of bars and restaurants

It took 30 minutes to get someone to take a drink order at the pool. So sometimes the drink came after we left already

everything was fabulous

Everything about the place was just fabulous right from the time we entered the Hotel till the time we left. The staff at the reception was very warm specially Riti who made an extra effort to make our stay comfortable. The room size was very nice and so was the Breakfast and the Food.

Anyone who is dissatisfied at the Leela Palace Hotel is the type of person who would complain about their neighbors in heaven.

The Leela Palace Hotel is the kind of place where, as you leave, you begin to plan your return. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The architecture, the atmosphere, the meals, the staff...everything worked together to provide an exquisite experience. They had a lovely ceremony to begin the evening. It set the tone of our visit: dignified, inclusive, beautiful. Our host, Riti, helped us with every question we had, and provided a lovely welcome gift for us. Honestly we didn't know a place like this existed.

Having access to balcony was expected which wasn't there. Though our upgraded room compensated for the same.

Maintenance is top notch. Hospitality is commendable. We felt that staff really cared about our needs and made sure we have the best time. They came to ask for feedback about facilities and services in person. I would like to specially call out the efforts of Gaurav, Satya and Akash for the same.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely incredible! The best food I have had in India. The staff were very friendly and polite and helpful which made the stay much nicer. The comfiest bed and pillow. The complimentary use of the sauna and steam room were lovely - separate for male and female which was also appreciated.

Nanda from Guest Services was incredibly helpful in setting up my proposal to my fiancée. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Other than this, everything at the hotel was nice as well.

Exceptional property..royally appointed and elegant. We were checking in - a day later and were leaving late evening on the same day - so in a way, a very short sojourn. I emailed the property regarding my circumstances and requested a late checkout. A special word of thanks to Sakina Kherodawala for her help and a thorough professional handling of this situation. She arranged a late check out and constantly updated us regarding the situation. She ensured that we made the best of whatever little time we had in the property. Overall, it was a smooth, elegant stay. Will definitely return again. Thanks, Sakina, and to the Leela palace admin for everything!!!

I have stayed in leela palace many time and every time it was good and this time the front office manager was very helpfull in room upgrading and taking care of everything from check in till checkout. A special thanks to Mr HiriyaSwamy, he was constantly if any assistance was required during stay. Would highly recommned to stay in leela palace and feel the difference.

Many staff but not great service. The staff were often busy talking to each other rather than helping their guests. Porters seemed to avoid handling luggage. We did not appreciate the attempt to upsell paid premium membership whilst we were eating dinner. No turndown service.

Grand hotel and grounds. Rooms were a good size and the air conditioning worked well.

The air con in the room felt a little underpowered.

It’s a beautiful property with a huge garden! We absolutely enjoyed everything during our stay. The staff was super courteous and quick to respond to our requests. Amazing experience!

That’s a good place and worth money. Announced 2000r on account and 15%. I had to fighting for those and never get in full.

Nice place! I do recommend for those looking for “luxury”. Class I would look somewhere else. Breakfast was just amazing. One of the best I have ever met. And that’s true, rooms are given somewhere 1km walk through the corridors, not an issue but I wander why. Excellent stuff!
