Food was very nice. Service was prompt. And good value. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation.Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Had come from out of town so as a precautionary measure was in isolation.

It was awesome stay over there Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful. it’s a nice place to visit with your friends family. We enjoyed our stay here

Staff are not friendly. They are changing their words. I asked for 1200 room, initially they told they had it and again they changed their words said like only 1800 room is there. In that situation I went with it as we came late night. Please be honest with customers.

While I had booked a "classic triple room", i was only allotted a single bed room. The logic given by the reception was that I was a solo traveller. Upon showing them my booking, the same was not changed. The room itself was dirty and nor properly maintained. The bathroom had no handle, the fixtures were rusty, and the fan was slow. The size of the bathroom itself in the room that was given to me was very small. Not worth the price!

The property is in close proximity to major office buildings in electronics city.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel advertised a "triple classic room," but what we got was far from it. Upon checking in, the receptionist assured us that the room had a triple big bed, but it turned out to be a king-size bed, insufficient for three people. There was no third pillow or bed sheet, and after persistently requesting them, we received linens that were visibly unwashed and filthy. The hotel's dining options were equally disappointing. We ordered grilled chicken from the downstairs restaurant, which had an awful, rotten fish taste. We then tried the gobi manchurian dry from their vegetarian restaurant, and it was just as bad. All these restaurants operate under different names but are part of the same hotel, so don't be fooled. To make matters worse, the non-veg restaurant on the first floor had a misleading policy about alcohol. Initially, they allowed us to bring our drinks, but once we were seated, the staff rudely asked us to leave, despite other patrons enjoying their drinks. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were appalling. The moment we stepped out of the lift, we were hit by a nauseating dead rat smell. It was unbearable, reminiscent of decaying matter. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. Beware of this hotel.

It was not clean at all. The AC was not working, neither the fan was working properly (no control). We checked-out immediately as the place was that uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night as we were already very late by the time we reached the place.

1.The Air conditioner did not work ,after a lot of arguments, agreed to give another room.Even in that room AC was not working properly ,hence couldn't sleep well. 2.Could not take a bath as the colour of hot water from the geyser was BLACK (photo attached) 3.One can see rusted fittings in the bathroom 4.The bedspread was TORN (photo attached)
