The location is on a dusty highway. Not a desirable location. They have private open air parking, which is a little bit of a risk.

This one almost meets the Fern standards. Good sized and quiet rooms. Staff is attentive. Food in the restaurant was good. They have a small Gym in the premises.

This is the only decent property in Mundra..there is no competition as of now..

Courteous staff, polite and helpful. They have a restaurant, a swimming pool and also a gym. Food menu is alright. Rooms are clean and hygienic.

It's by far the nicest hotel in mundra. Definitely not up to other city hotels, simply because there is no competition. But good value for money and good location.

Hot water was not available. On repeated request no adequate hand towels or face towels were provided.

Breakfast was simple and good. Indian paratha were really hard to chew. Can make it better.

In Mundra, this is a 5star hotel, considering there are very few other options. In reality, its probably a 2star... lots of room for improvement. Staff needs better training. The rooms are super dated.

Oh! Where do I start! The attitude of the staff was unwelcoming. Especially Jayanti at the front desk. Both rooms alloted were pathetic. Request for change of room was met with a stoic decline. We were alloted the worst rooms in the hotel. There were pigeons nesting right outside the rooms and their droppings were not even cleaned. The first room had a lovely view of an open gutter running right next to the hotel. The second room had no view from the window because the facade design blocked the view completely. When asked for atleast one room with a better view, they said they had none available for our entire stay and yet we could see check ins and check outs happening daily. The rooms were stinking of tobacco! The passage outside the rooms were stinking of pest control odour for my entire stay. The desk was broken The keys to both my rooms were deactivated on the second day! After a long day when we reached the hotel we didn't have access to the rooms. When asked for the reason for the same they couldn't provide one and shuffled their feet and said that it just happens. The bathrooms were slippery! And they couldn't do anything about it!!! They made false promises to take care about it and in reality had no intentions of providing a remedy. The head of house keeping Mr. Manoj was a joke. He made big promises to putting an anti skid mat and eventually offered to put towels on the floor!!! Imagine my plight traveling with two senior citizens! The used plates used to lie outside the rooms for perpetuity. At check out they refused to accept the rate provided by booking.com and arrogantly asked me to check my facts! Really? That's what they teach you at Fern? That's what a customer means to Fern group? They get a lot of dollar paying guest thanks to the numerous industries around. Guess there are still places in India where they get priority over the 'poor' rupee paying guests.
