Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Sri LankaThe bad side of the hotel being perfectly located is the noise coming from the busiest heart of Bangalore at night… Generally speaking, this hotel was perfect when I came there ten years ago. Unfortunately, the necessary maintenance has been poorly done and several things are in a bad shape: lose electric plugs, confusing to open safe, damaged toilet seat, etc. However, given the very reasonable price of the rooms versus the good location, it will not prevent me to come again…
The hotel is perfectly located at the exact end of Church street. The value is good for money. The staff is friendly and helpful.

BangladeshWell, owing to the location - the noise (frequent honking and traffic) may be of a problem if rooms are located facing the road. But the noise goes down by midnight. Refrigerator in the rooms were not working. Apart from that not much really to complain about.
Great location - situated right at the middle of "happening of Bangalore - The Brigade Road". So many options for eatery, night life and shops both local and international. Many attractions are within walking distance. The property is like an oasis in the middle hustling and bustling. MG Road metro is just 3 minutes walk away and plenty of autos (have to be careful and fix fare upfront). Hotel staffs are supportive and travel desk Mr. Venkat was very helpful arranging our day tours at reasonable price. Spacious rooms, common areas, clean, comfortable, daily supply of tea, coffee, toiletries. I was with my family in two rooms had a good 3 nights stay.

BangladeshTo be fair, not much really. Only the traffic honking sounds at night (but dies down by midnight). Hardly that is to blame the hotel.
Located right at the middle of happenings of Bangalore. MG road Metro is just 5 minutes walk away. Many restaurants, bars, shopping all just around the hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and so is the travel desk Mr. Venkat. Spacious and clean rooms, really an oasis in the middle of bustling area. My three nights stay with family was a great experience. It’s a good value for money.
