Location and the view from the room.

Nothing. I guess there are people who might say this location is far from the city, But I think that’s what’s perfect about it. You can always take Tuktuk. It’s so much better to have this view rather then being in closer to the city.

Fantastic. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. I think it might be the most beautiful (and highest) view we’ve seen during our stay in munnar. Staff is very kind helpful and the food is really good. Clean and comfortable .

Electricity sockets near bed were working but they were loose and sometimes devices were disconnected from electrical socket.

Breath taking view from the room balcony, there is a game room with table tennis, fusball etc. Hotel offer high variety of food for dinner. Ordered food was tasty. Hotel provided good breakfast with multiple options.

There's no lift, so people with a garden view have to climb 3 stories. Although not a major problem.

recreational room had a lot of facilities however none of them were usable — the TT ball was broken, chess pieces were missing and foosball table was rust ridden.

property is at a great location for a staycation a little away from city, the food was amazing and the views were just splendid

Had an amazing stay here...the view from this resort is so mesmerizing...the food was great...staff was helpful and catered to all our needs...overall a very good place to stay and worth the money...would love to come back here.

We had a lovely time in Munnar, the views from our balcony were amazing. They had kindly upgraded our rooms so we shared a joint balcony which makes it all the better for a family. The breakfast and dinner on the property is also great. I had lost my headphones in my room somehow, and the staff was extremely helpful. They not only had it for me (even though I realized days later that I had lost it), but also shipped it back to us at no charge.

Quality of food can be improved, keeps varying a little. Breakfast menu was varied but we experienced a repeat menu in our 3N, 4D stay. Bonfire under a roofed place gets suffocating after a point..an open space might be better for guests to enjoy.

The location and views are mesmerizing - even better than the pictures. Staff is quite prompt with all services and polite. Food options, especially for vegetarians are quite good and varied. The bonfire with music is also a lovely feature. Close enough to to the main town and spots of tourist interest.

The road to the resort is little awkward.. Also the food cost need to be a little lesser as too much charges for many items.. And the menu variety can be improved as well.

The location was little remote with roads leading to it little troublesome. The only other issue was the bed size . The bed size is enough for a couple but if you have a infant along, it's a little compact for that.

The location of the cliff resort is worth the money. Located at a high altitude and with the valley view balcony the view is breathtaking. The mist covers the entire valley sometimes and it does feel like staying among clouds. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are really polite and helpful. Due to its location the food need to be taken from resort restaurent. The food served was really delicious and had a wide variety in its menu. The complimentary breakfast had mix of Kerala delicacy as well as other regular options. Overall a wonderful stay.

The location was really good. The valley view room is recommended. It’s situated at the highest spot in munnar. You will feel like you are amidst clouds
