We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It assisted us perfectly in arranging our daily tours of Munnar and they even helped me and my friends changing a driver we had a bad experience with. The manager is cheerful and well informed of the local territory. Our stay in Munnar wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Clean, comfortable and fully functional. The Tea Garden Riverside is a great value, ideally located and surprisingly quiet for being so central. Staff was helpful, service with a smile!

PolandThe stay here was pretty great! We were tired after a long journey and host welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful and kind. The room we got was awesome. Some reviews mentioned mold or weird smell in rooms but our room was clean, no odd smells and it was very comfortable. The hot water was available at all times. There was small shampoo and gel provided, along with dental kit. There were a hairdryer and toilet paper which we appreciated. The fan in the room was enough to cool us down after our trips because the room didn’t get hot during the day. You can get fresh towels or toilet paper whenever you want. They also offer facilities for the drivers (washroom, blankets and pillows) if you got one. The location is great to explore Munnar. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but within short walk, going left from the hotel, near the temple, you can find food stall with some fried snacks (samosa, banana, etc) with great tea and just between this stall and temple, there’s a great small cafe for breakfast. I highly recommend this place!
