They are fraud and cheat villa. They are not reliable villa. I was booking my room for two days.but They provided my room to another customer without my concern and They didnt tell to us about this. We are very dissappoinmet in kodaikanal.they are not relaiable villa

It was horrible. I went there to celebrate my birthday and I completely regret it. At first the manager Santosh told us that they will be available any time for any help and there is a kitchen service for any food needs. But after a few hours Santosh stopped picking up our calls and completely disappeared for the next 3 days. The house was dingy and not clean. The bathroom had snakes and flush was not working. There was no water provided. We were told that we can get a bonfire at an additional charge but there was no one to do it for us at any point. When we tried to light a small bonfire they told us we can't (even though we said we are okay with charges or someone coming and lighting for us). At one point someone came in our balcony when it started raining instead of knocking on our door. There was a complete violation of privacy and I felt really unsafe at how easily they were willing to intrude without our knowledge. I would not recommend it to anyone.

No major complaints. The homemade food didn't suit us but maybe others would like it. In worst case Zomato, Swiggy and Domino's deliver there so no issues.

Amazing views from balcony. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. They have addressed some of the issues stated in earlier reviews. The sound from temple or mosque is negligible and you won't even hear it unless you're straining to hear it. High speed Wi-Fi is available all around the villa now. They help us with baggage and have fixed the broken door bolts, etc. Seamless check in and check out. For the price stated, this place is an absolute steal.

I read some negative reviews while booking and made a confusion to book or not.but we travelled in mid-night so,i have blocked the property . Really good and highly recommended property

We travelled with family to kodaikanal and visited this property by booking through online.We enjoyed the stay here and utilized their services (camp fire & food) Really amazing food and lockdown snacks were served as we ordered Nice villa for people who prefer for privacy. Small garden area was helpful for kids to play and Kids enjoyed here. Forest permission were arranged for us personally.

broken doors and windows, main door lock is not working, no room cleaning at all even after staying for 4 days. Pathetic staff- they don’t lift your call at all if you need any help and once you check-in they will disappear and not show their faces again. different people come and take money on your checkout day. many people are there but no one will come to help to pickup your luggage. you will have to struggle to carry your luggage passing through lot of steps. villa is on high hill and you need to park your car so far from villa. do not park your car under shutter. if you park you only have to lift and close the shutter everyday. it’s so heavy to lift and control the weight. Hotel Manager Santosh is just fraud person and try to make money by doing cheap tricks. He will never come and check about your problems in room. they will also request for not share this bad experience with anyone. This issue has to go to property owner. they are promoting them selfs as they are only owners of the property so that we don’t complain to anyone else.

out of entire Villa, only balcony view is good but still you will have to hear non stop street loud music from local temple, Church and Majid all together. They play non stop songs on competition basis. morning they will start to play at 5am and it will go until midnight 12am. crazy feeling you will get and can’t just enjoy the silent view of hills from balcony.

No negatives

Rooms are clean and neat.. especially balcony was very spacious and my kids were really happy they enjoyed the garden over there and camp fire was really memorable. Staff were really helpful and they made our trip really comfortable..food served was tasty and rates are cheaper..my husband travels lot.he was satisfied with the food they served.. individual car parking was given to us.we felt safety all the time we spent there..I prefer sunrise villa for its better view.people all select far away places to enjoy great view from room..but sunrise villa is a place to enjoy sunrise view inside city limit itself...I recommend sunrise villa for my families and friends.. whenever we go kodaikanal.sunrise villa will be our only option..thanks to booking.com also
