Nothing we didn't like. The whole place is not ultra modern and the kitchen was a little dated but we weren't self catering so it was no issue for us.

Very convenient location, with many things in walking distance. Varghese was a great host. Good to be raised up well away from the road so it was very quiet. The balcony was very large with plenty of colourful plants, a great place to relax, the view is pleasant and open, although can hardly see the sea. Great dosa breakfasts set us up very well for the day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really to dislike about.

Host is super awesome, he helped us with early check-in and provided washrooms as our bus had arrived early at Kochi. He also helped us with arranging outstation cab to Munnar. Location is good near the Fort Kochi. However, sea views are blocked by Navy base.

No problem for us but the apartment is up some narrow stairs that may not be so easy if you had mobility issues.

Sea View apartments was a great place to stay. Perfect for a small group, comfy lounge, kitchen (we didn’t use) and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, shops, Chinese fishing nets etc. or catch a tuk tuk. Plenty of clean/cold water for drinking. Lovely terrace that in cooler weather would be great to enjoy outside.

Just a minor thing, but the showers are not separate from the rest of the bathroom (so everything gets wet after showering)

The apartment is very nice and comfy, with three rooms each of them with a private bathroom, a small kitchen and a nice living room. The host was extremely helpful and available with us.

The access road was a bit busy for pedestrians.

The apartment was very roomy and well equipped. The bedrooms were large, and had great AC. We had everything in the kitchen that we needed. The refrigerator was very large and the freezer worked well. Varghese was very helpful with arranging activities, taxis, and answering questions for us. It was an acquired part of Fort Cochie, but everything was easy accessible by foot. The breakfast were wonderful as well. We will stay here if we are able in the future.

Only a really minor issue that the stairs up to the roof terrace are poorly lit when coming down in the dark but the terrace was a brilliant place to watch the fireworks - amazing!!

The host (Varghese) was amazing - couldn’t do enough for us and helped with extras such as booking the Kathakali performance and breakfast on the one morning when requested. The location was perfect for the area and walkable for the main centre. It suited us as a group - decent sized living room, air con in bedrooms, en-suite in every room and hot water (which we have discovered in other accommodation has been quite hard to get!). Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Fort Cochi!!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Its location is walkable distance from major landmarks of fort Kochi. The filtered drinking water was available. The bedrooms were clean and with fresh linen. bathrooms were also clean and reasonably equipped. The living room was cosy and had good breeze in the evening.

The location of the property was awesome, almost all tourist attractions are walkable from the property. Its safe for families as it is in the surveillance area of Indian Navy.
