AC not working as advertised in the website WIFI not available and even after complaining to the hotel not active responses Hotel is on top of a bar, which makes uncomfortable for family travellers like me

They did not allow me to check out later because I had online booking. They asked full daily price just even for 1-2 hours. It was obvious that hotel was not full. They explained that direct guests only can have later check out. I offered to pay extra, some reasonable amount, but it was not accepted. They call themselves Airport hotel, isn't it obvious that people need rest and they have different timings because of flight. What kind of attitude is it!?! Am I bad quality guest or what, comparing to direct client? This is NORMAL practice to allow late check-out for free or for reasonable price for guests convinience all over the world. This kind of attitude creates lack of hospitality and disrespect to guests needs.

Although rooms and location are nice, overall impression is very bad.

Bed sheets had stains, there was a dead lizard at one corner of room during checkin.

Good location, though chargeable (rs 400) but they have airport drop facility available anytime. Airport is just 5min drive early morning with empty streets.

The included breakfast was a good way to start the day. The restaurant has good menu and good prices. The hotel is well staffed. Edwin a staff member who is ok with English was an asset. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport.

Booking.com and the hotel website states that there is a complimentary pick up and drop off at the airport, which we were charged for. They tried to charge us for our breakfast even though it clearly says it is included. The room smelt very damp and musty like it had not been used, the bed linen did not smell fresh. The bathroom was decaying as was the room.

They mentioned that they are located within 1km from airport but it took us 30-35 minutes by cab. Our package was included with breakfast but they didn’t serve it. Nothing on the name of toilrtories except one soap.bed sheets and towels are as dirty as curtain was. Just waste of money

No complimentary airport shuttle provided Inspite of advertising in the booking website. We had to spend Rs.600 extra for that from our pocket. This is false advertising and not acceptable. The staff couldn't respond well to the questions. A cockroach was present in the room.

Everything. 1. There was no one at the airport, when we specifically requested for it. 2. We arrived at the right hotel listed on their website, they redirected us to another hotel, this was at 2am with sleepy children 3. Rooms were horrible, not water bottles ready, very unhygienic beds and bathrooms.

Close to airport, but quality meant we wouldn't have minded driving even an extra hour for a better hotel.
