We had a serene and awesome stay. We were here with our beagles and had a great time. The property is completely fenced and perfect for off leashing the dogs. It is a great place to relax, enjoy and feel connected with nature. Property is well maintained with a fully functional kitchen and all essential amenities like AC, geyser, water purifier etc. The best part of the stay is the gazebo and the beautiful garden around it. Waking up to the sounds of chirping birds and fresh air lifts the spirits up. Overall a fabulous place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for pet parents.

I appreciated the seclusion and the tranquil village surroundings of Rustic Village Farmhouse, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

We felt that the property is a bit pricey when you compare it to the other weekend gateways in and around Bangalore. No breakfast or another meal was provided at the property, however, there was a delicious loaf of bread, Maggie and butter were kept in the kitchen and they were tied up with a few restaurants that would deliver food to the doorstep. You may have to light the fire on your own if you and your group need the campfire. Providing a POS machine at the property or an online payment link would be very convenient.

We stayed during 1st week of Dec 2023. The property owner has thought of everything and has provided amenities that are required for a weekend getaway from city life. The entire property was spick and span. Loved the furniture, the lights in the yard and everything in the kitchen. Property is as shown in the image!

While the garden was nice, especially for our dog, it would be nice if the parthenium could be removed as it aggravates allergies. While we appreciated that some provision for food delivery had been made, it did not have much local cuisine options. It would be great if perhaps some sort of home-cooked option was available, perhaps through a caretaker or some similar set-up. Also, though the location was nice and we understand that this cannot be changed, it was quite close to neighbours' houses, and was therefore not completely secluded. Perhaps misconstrued on our end from the description, but we found that while it was definitely a great village house, it did not feel like we were on a farm as such.

The house was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen was stocked with complimentary, snacks, tea, drinks etc. and all required utensils were available along with a microwave and fridge. There was equipment for some sports, and Netflix and other subscription services were available as well. We liked that it was set up such that we could manage without depending on a caretaker, which allowed us additional privacy, especially since we travelled with our dog. Definitely would recommend for a short relaxing break from city life - it was about a 2 hour drive from our home in Bangalore.

It was just off the main road and with adjoining properties around there are accompanying sounds. Neighbour was burning leaves in the afternoon, for example. Another neighbour's corridor can look into the property. So it isn't totally away from city life and in the lap of nature as we had hoped. The second separate room gets very hot, even at night.

While it took us 2h to get there, this home was perfect for our needs - to spend a night away with our toddlers and pet. They were able to explore in safe limits, we all 4 adults got to relax on the swing and bean bags, and enjoy some of their complimentary provisions for tea, and after the kids slept, we enjoyed the beautiful night out on the fake-turf porch with the lovely lights on. There is good privacy. It is primarily a house and a big porch (partly covered, partly open), plus a small garden area in front. There were tons of little mangoes on the trees, blooming waterlilies in a big bowl. The garden was a bit overrun but the kids enjoyed rambling about. All in all, a memorable stay. Chiraag (owner?) was super helpful and friendly on calls.

The garden area..

Please do up your garden area..maybe clean it up a little , make space for play area , grow some.flowers etc .. As of now it's very unkept and scary to walk around .
